I was quoted $51.00 and some change. I took the package to the USPS to see if I could get a better price. I could did not get a better price than the $51.00 so I came back to this store to send the package off. The clerk had already printed off the last shipping label the first time I was in the store and kept it just in case I returned to the store. She was right, I did come back. I came back for the first price I was quoted. I asked her to remove the insurance on the package. This brought the price down to $48.00. I agreed to that price. All of a sudden, she said I need to make an adjustment. After she made the adjustment she said, that will be $68 dollars and some change. She mentioned she had made a mistake in the measurements on the box however; she didn't measure the box again. She actually charged me $17.00 more, bringing the total cost to ship the package to $68. I left the store again going back to the USPS. This is unacceptable behavior. They need to move out of our community; they cannot be trusted to do business with the people in our community. I may be a lot of things but dumb and stupid is not one of them. I ended up paying a total of $51.00 to send the package off at the post office. All this UPS store is good for is to send Amazon packages back to Amazon; that's it, nothing more. The clerk misjudged me; more than likely she thought I would just suck it up and pay the $68.00. Taslim Ahmed and his associate did a FANTASTIC job on my packaging and shipping project last Sunday. Taslim saved me some serious money just by explaining how I could reduce my postage costs by cutting and reducing the size of the box I was using. Both he and his team member spent a lot of extra time with me to explain shipping cost pricing, tips to maximize my shipping, etc. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them for all your shipping needs! read more

Extremely unprofessional. Twice, I've walked into this business and witnessed the same UPS worker being rude to a customer. When I say rude, I mean disrespectful. The workers are nonchalant about their bad attitudes and uncourteous service. I went here to send multiple things back that I received from Amazon. While standing there for a couple minutes, one of the workers was sitting on the computer and said nothing. The other workers were in the back. When the ones in the back finally came out, no-one said anything either. When someone did ask if they can help me, there was no greeting, apology, etc. She just acted as if I was bothering her. I suggest a hiring of new staff or retrain for customer service. I just don't get why nothing has been done yet. Im pretty sure that they've gotten enough complaints. How could they have not? Welcome to my review. This UPS store is okay. Service is not that good. Some of the people are rude. They try to make an extra buck on everything you do. However, they do get the job done, and it is pretty close to many residents. I wish the customer service would increase. The parking large is decent size with enough space. The new management at this UPS location is such a terrific change from how it used to be... It is now a well-run, friendly store that is worth your business. This is such a welcome change from the miserable human being that used to run this location - it now has a completely different and better atmosphere. The young man working the front counter is in serious need of Customer Service / Soft Skill training. I witnessed him scold another customer because her instructions to make two copies of three documents was confusing, rather than confirming back to her on expectations. She was gracious and understanding, repeating her instructions several times before he understood what she expected. Even taking responsibility for him not understanding her. Never once did he offer an apology to her for the misunderstanding. Then it was my turn. I was shipping my passport application and old passport for renewal. I clearly stated what I needed to have done and when he asked what address I needed it shipped to, I pulled the last page of the application and pointed to the middle address in the application. Then he pointed to a different address on the form, I had to correct him again. He then took the last page of the application and envelope and weighed it. I then reminded him that I was mailing the entire application and passport. Once he reweighed the contents, he returned them to me to package. He then sealed the package and went to ring me out. I insert my credit card and he then realized he had not charged me for the photo. Once he corrected that error he gave me my new total and then tilted his head at the card reader and said "sign". I then explained to this young man that please and thank you go along way. I also had to prompt the young man to take my package from the front counter (where he left it), and place it somewhere secure as it contained personal information. I know this kid is young and inexperienced, but he chose a position of service and his manager should have taken the time to teach him basic organization and customer service skills. read more

Something has changed! I sent a friend there for get a form notarized - it had two places to sign. My friend was charged $8. I sent another friend there to send a framed picture to Washington state. They wanted $80! She took it to the US Post office and paid $15 for the exact same thing. What are your employees doing???? Losing your customers, that is what they are doing!! read more

Don't get your passport photo done here. I had to go back twice and it was still incorrect. The 3rd time I went back for a refund they did give me a refund, but when I showed him a properly done photo and mentioned the criteria it had to meet (which I learned from going online after my 1st visit) the owner said "you know that's not my fault." Totally unprofessional and rude. Also, he gave me an incorrect refund amount. I can't be bothered to go back to correct them again. read more

I mainly review restaurants, but I am so irate that I made an exception this time. Apparently this location does not know the difference between "NW" and "SW" on street addresses. My mother shipped two packages of Christmas gifts to my wife and I through this location. Our street address contains "SW", but the store's system only had a "NW" come up for our street. She corrected them several times, but it kept making the same mistake. They ended up having the manager come to correct the problem, but he apparently thought it wasn't a big deal, assuring her "it'll get there." When the packages didn't arrive on the anticipated date, my mother checked the tracking information, which stated that they had been delivered. When we called customer service, both of us were told it was delivered to (surprise surprise) the "NW" location. My mother was in tears, and that does not sit well with me! Customer service was also able to find my address in their system, no doubt the result of sorcery (sorcery I tell you!). If you absolutely must ship your package from this store as a last resort, (seriously, you'd be better off throwing your package in the ocean in the hopes the current will take it to its intended destination), make sure you invest in the insurance plan as my mother did. UPS is conducting an investigation, and we will be sure to let them know that UPS Store 6094 is responsible for this debacle. read more

Very rude and unprofessional! yesterday afternoon 4/24/18, I went to pick up a package and received the worst customer service ever! This guy was sitting at the door and asked me what he can help me with so rudely. I told him I was picking up a package and he said what kind of package? never got up from his seat. Remember, he was sitting at the door not behind the counter. I left him there and continue walking towards the counter thinking he will follow me to the counter but no... he totally ignored me and continue sitting at the door until another customer came in. He came and helped her while I was standing at the counter. After he finished with her, he said I was rude to him. I did not say a word so I don't what was rude about it. I said "please ask me my ID or whatever you need and give me my package." And he said "what if I don't ask you anything!." shouted and turned away from me... stayed there for a while and turned back and very angrily said " you know what?" and stopped. He was ready to fight! I don't have time to fight ghetto people like this man so, I got my package and left the store without saying a word. It was scary very to say the least. man! read more
