I've been going to this location for years ever since The Office Depot closed on Memorial Dr. I've purchased Sharpies and Highligher markers and any other supplies I need from here. I purchased a paper shredder years ago. The customer service is great here if you need to print something they will let you know the procedure. I've been here to get papers shredded with there in store set up.. The customer service is exceptional here with my experience on 3-3-2026. Pull up and check them out. My dad isn't tech savvy, so I decided to take the afternoon to go with him to buy a laptop he needs. I did the research, found the right one, and off we went. We arrived and experienced an extreme lack of customer service. After waiting around about 10 minutes, when one finally arrived, they went to find the laptop and ignored us, eventually moving onto another task. We found another sales consultant, who did the same thing. One of them told us that the laptop we wanted was not available, despite being advertised both online and in store as being on sale. The laptop was not available, and they tried to upsell us more expensive ones, which is not what we came in for. The manager we were told was conducting an interview, which took the entire time and more that we were there. We called the Staples at Mall of Georgia while waiting around (this guy is the brother of the manager here!), and he also tried to upsell. After being abandoned by the second sales consultant, we left and went to Best Buy. When we called to complain online, they hung up on us. We are not wild customers with high demands. We simply came in to ask for a laptop, and we're dismissed. I've been buying laptops from Staples for years, this is not good customer service. Do better. read more

You can get Passport photos, you can sign up for TSA pre check, etc. I went to the usual drugstore to get a passport photo but they recommended I go to Staples. I have been shopping at this Staples for years. I have an academic coaching business so need a reliable place to find office and school supplies and this Staples has become my go to. The staff here are simply amazing and always go above and beyond to help. I regret I don't know everyone's name but the truth is everyone is awesome. This past weekend I had a last minute idea to make copies of a photo of me and my brother who passed last year as part of a Christmas idea. It was a photo from 1968 of us on Santa's lap. The representative (Biko) was so helpful and created a beautiful copy of the photo. I mentioned an idea of including a poem in the envelope along with the photo and before you know it he had helped me design the most beautiful Christmas card. I came back in a few hours with the poem and the printing department (Wesley?) turned my photo and the poem into the neatest Christmas card. Their time, care and sensitivity made my Christmas so special not to mention the people who received the card. I just had to take the time to say thank you for being so great. read more

I came here for the TSA pre-check enrollment and the process was seamless. I registered online awhile back and missed my scheduled appointment, so I came in as a walk-in. As long as you come in within 120 days of the appointment you'll be good. You scan a bar code near the desk, register and they will text you when your appointment is ready. I waited for a little over 30 minutes before I received the text. The young lady that assisted me provided excellent customer service and the process was quick. She scanned my passport, took a picture of me,fingerprinted me, had me confirm some info, I paid and I was done. read more

I'm very disappointed in the lack of accountability by the management at Staples/Tucker to resolve a Gift card scam issue. I was informed by a floor manager that they have been aware of the scam for many years (approx. 10). When I pressed for action I was informed that the GM had no authority to offer any recourse or refund. It appears BUYER BEWARE is Staples' business model. Is that right Michael Motz? Your customers who trust Staples are just S.O.L? WHY WOULD A $ BILLION CORPORATION KNOWINGLY PUT CUSTOMERS AT RISK RESULTING IN STOLEN FUNDS AND POTENTIAL IDENTITY DATA THEFT? I lost $144.32 (total) in fraudulent charges to 2 Master Card debit gift cards. The card supplier (www.mcgift.giftcardmall.com) was unresponsive to my inquiries and the phone number (877-322-4710) is unmonitored. Given the fact that only employees of Staples were aware of the card purchase and card numbers it leads me to believe suspicious activity by the staff. If you are needing service from the "copy & print center" I would suggest going to a different location or a different store. I've been here just shy of an hour trying to have two sheets printed. There were 3 workers but they only had the manpower of one. One of the employees basically had to walk the other 2 through everything they were doing. If she wasn't there they would not have been able to operate. There is no reason I should have had to wait an hour for two sheets. The employee who was taking care of me moved extremely slow and clearly did not know what to do. She had to ask the other employee what to do. It doesn't seem like the employees back there are adequately trained. Very bad experience here and won't be bad for their printing services. read more

I agree with most of the poor reviews - customer service is rough. The TSA approval is convenient but the employee was rude and not informative. Told me the TSA status could take 2 months, but it was more like a day. The machine broke so I had to enter data twice. I was worried I would get charged twice and she yelled at me. I came here to do an amazon return and the lady that helped me was very nice and sweet. She gave me a coupon that I could use in store because I did an amazon return. This location is big and clean and the people that helped me were awesome. I have also used their shipping services and was also provided with fast and efficient service. I have purchased all our office supplies from here and always find good sales. I visited Staples on Hugh Howell Road in Tucker, GA yesterday. I needed to fax a very important paper to my doctor's office so they would have it on Monday morning. I was really upset at the cost to fax a simple one page document. I was told it cost $1.99 for one page. Most places charge $1.00. Then to be told I had to pay for the Cover Page at the same $1.99 is absolutely ridiculous. They did not have a cover page available so i was given a plain piece of copy paper and still charged $1.99. Being a senior citizen and on social security every penny counts. No other company charges for the cover page. And, I was charged tax on top of that. A total of $4.30 to fax one page. This is not only ridiculous but unacceptable. We went to this store in Tucker, GA yesterday, but it was not at 4351 Hugh Howell Rd. It is in a strip mall. Off of Hugh Howell Rd. We went in to look at office chairs. We found a chair we wanted and went up front to purchase it. It was on sale for $80.00 off the $169.00 price. We paid for it and the cashier got it in the back pushed the chair on the floor in the box to the front. One of the stock guys put it in the car. Everyone was very helpful and nice. Not sure why they have a low rating. The store was clean, well stocked and the employees were awesome. It was an easy transaction. I recommend this store!! read more

She is such a joy and asset to this team. Solid selection of office equipment, but I would not recommend Staples brand shredders. Mine broke within 1 year. read more

The people that work at this location are nice enough I guess, but they are either lazy or absolutely clueless. I brought in a list of school supplies that (supposedly) even had Staples item numbers. One sales associate had no idea what they were (uhhh your stock numbers) and the other suggested I look it up on my phone and show her a picture so she could maybe give me some help. Here is an idea.....why don't you use the electronic inventory device you have right there in your hand that I can see is already on. The straw that broke the camel's back was asking an employee if I could try some over the ear (not earbud) headphones for fit before I buy them. These are $10-12 headphones, not Beats or anything crazy expensive. The simple question vapor locked him and he had to get a manager. The manager told me that I absolutely could not carefully open a box of headphones and check them for fit. He told me that after I did that, they would not be saleable. Really!?! Maybe he sold underwear or bathing suits in his previous job, but telling me this told me he was either completely ignorant or monumentally lazy (or both). I only went here because school gave me a list with unbreakable cryptic codes otherwise known as Staples stock numbers on it. I will NEVER go back here. I have several other office supply stores closer to my house staffed with people that actually will help. read more

I paid Staples in Tucker, Ga. $42+ for a HP 96 black cartridge which was promised delivery TO MY OFFICE in 2 days.(Never happened!!!)......TOOK 2 WEEKS AND I HAD TO PICK IT UP AT THE STORE.!!!!! Almost 2 weeks to get that one little HP 96 black cartridge -AND since the store does not carry the single HP96 as a single item and because of the packaging of 96 and 97 TOGETHER (marketing scam ( aka strategy)) for $98 - I have 3 THREE color cartridges ( worth $150 and one in the printer... which I hardly ever use )....I use almost exclusively the BLACK to print business plans for clients and other documents, technical papers which I write, invoices, music, etc.....VERY rarely DO I USE COLOR!
