The notary lady says no, she stopped doing notaries at 5pm. She doesn't care that the Ponce Deleon store sent me here stating they stopped notaries at 5:30. She is literally the notary lady. She could have completed it as a courtesy in the time it took her to explain why she refused to do it. Thanks for the courtesy, much appreciated. read more

UPS is better than USPS which is better than FedEx The staff are great. Usually there is only one person out front, but they are pretty nice. The staff is polite and helpful. I look up the optimal time to visit but there's pretty much always a line. The people here just seem much happier than the USPS. I try not to go into FedEx because they are just bad about delivering on time. I wish there was more delivery competition. Would I come here again? Sure. FedEx is across the street, but this place is closer to me. read more

The woman working there, who has been there every time I've made an Amazon return, was so rude to me. She embarrassed me in front of a whole line of people because I misunderstood what she had said. I will be going to the UPS a mile farther just to avoid her. She is a miserable person. read more

Vickie the Store Manager was super friendly to everyone in the store. It was busy and she was able to juggle moving the line, helping each customers , and answering the phone. She was very knowledgeable and helped solve my shipping needs. read more

They are very patient and accommodating here, despite having long lines of customers. They stay open during the stated hours and help every customer that got in line before closing time, which means that they are helping customers after closing time. read more

I've been going there for the last 5 yesrs and I've steadly seen the level of knowledge, quality of service and just overall caring drop dramatically. When you walk through the door now a days you just exhale and know its going to be trying. read more

Been a customer here for years. This location is awesome. The manager, she's the very best.

I am a fan of The UPS Store. The few times I have used its services at the Emory Commons location, including today, to get a government document notarized, the folks who have provided service have been extremely helpful and friendly. The hours are better than the Decatur Post Office: The UPS Store is open 8:30 am to 7 pm, Monday through Friday, and 9 am to 5 pm on Saturday. They are closed on Sunday. The UPS Store is located to the right of the Subway. read more

The UPS Store - Shipping Centers Near Me - Decatur, Georgia

I left a post for the owner to contact me and she did!!!! Thanks for responding to my previous post. You are the best!

Today I went to this store to return a item from Xfinity because they have a contract to accept their products for return. The customer service here is usually good but today it was not what I expected. I have a medical condition so I have medical equipment that I carry in either a waist fanny pack or a shoulder bag. When I walked in there were 2 customer service representatives and approximately 6 or 7 customers in the lobby and there was a line at each counter. Shortly after I walked in it appears as if 3 or 4 additional clerks came into the lobby as if they were organizing. I was confused because in my opinion they would have been more useful at the counter which they eventually returned to. In my opinion there was more emphasis on whether I was going to take something without paying for it than there was with respect to customer service. Additionally this older caucasian lady seems to share their concern as she moved to the opposite side of her counter and began whispering to the customer service representative as she was watching my medical equipment. Maybe I am being overly dramatic but I felt stereotyped and disrespected. I believe this is an isolated incident because I have been to this location several times before and everything went relatively well..... read more

My printer broke and I need to make a few copies so I used the online service to place the order. That part was quick and simple. I placed my order on the 11th, the due date was the 12th. My status remained on user approved, so I assumed they didn't print it yet. Luckily the documents were not urgent. I went to the office on the 15th and the documents were still not ready. He looked through the cabinets and finally had to go into the back to print up the order. I think it's time for a new printer. read more

Staffing is usually polite and helpful but the low mark comes from persistently long lines in this severely understaffed location. No matter what day or what time, the lines are long and slow moving and no one ever comes from the back to relieve the line. Frequently only 1 person is out front. read more

I'm really bad about getting people's names but it doesn't matter because the whole staff is awesome and go above and beyond to give premier customer service. read more

I LOVE the staff at this store! They are wonderful and help me out in every way! I have been going there for almost 2 years and have a mailbox there. Special shoutouts to Chundra and Phil!! read more

I needed to schedule a last minute freight shipment overseas because I was moving and my original movers couldn't pick up my stuff on time. The store manager went above and beyond to make sure I would be able to ship my items. Not only that, they also packaged my items in such a way that they arrived perfectly. We had fragile items and they all arrived without a single scratch. I'm thoroughly impressed by the professionalism and amazing work done. My items also arrived a full week earlier than expected. Words can't describe how happy and pleased we are with the service. read more

i appreciate the helping of Lucas in 2023 11 1, he helped me to solve a problem of changing address which confused me 2 weeks

I have had a mailbox here for over 5 years. Patrick and Goran always go above and beyond to help! They are friendly and personable. This store can handle so many of my business needs, including shipping, notarizing, printing, and shredding. I highly recommend them! read more

I wasn't aware this location closed at 7 and I casually strolled in, wanting to get some laminating done. This was at 6:58. Upon realizing the business hours, I felt sooooo bad and almost considered leaving. As someone who works in the service industry, I'm all too familiar with looking forward to closing time after a long day's work and the terrible feeling of having that one last customer coming in at closing time. But Goran was more than accommodating and he was happy to help me, without rushing or with a negative attitude. He went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied as a customer and genuinely seemed like he enjoyed his job. I am grateful for the service here and will keep coming back! read more

This UPS store located in Emory Commons is great. They have super friendly service, though it may not be the fastest. But honestly, I don't mind waiting a few minutes for personal attention when I need a package shipped. Note: they have 2 entrances, you can even start the packaging process if it's a small item (such as if you need a padded envelope or something..). For larger items, like one needing a box, step right up the line. read more

I had a very delicate screen (wood with ivory inlay) that needed to be shipped cross country. Patrick is amazing! He built a box for it and wrapped it very securely for a reasonable price. I'm happy to say it made it to California in perfect condition. I would highly recommend this UPS Store as well as the new one in Decatur by CVS. read more

A-OK was born for The UPS Store. I pop in every few months or so to send off a free return, and I always have to wait. Thankfully never levels of DMV waiting, but I just want to get the heck outta there. And I wish they were open Sundays. According to the website, ground pickup occurs Monday-Friday at 7 PM, just throwing that out there. The UPS Store is fine but certainly not a place I'm dying to visit. Note: there are two entrances so don't be confused by the curved glass wall at the front of the store; you can go to either side! read more

Be prepared to wait. The last few times I have been at this store, there has only been one person working and a very long line.

Wont be coming back to this location. I came in on weekday morning around 9am. I had a pre-paid for return to drop off and there was no drop off station to be found. In the past, at every single other UPS location I have been to (in Los Angeles, CA; Fresno, CA; Austin, TX; Chicago, IL) there has always been an area to drop off packages with pre-paid labels. Not at this location. So, I got in line behind 2 other people. The person directly in front of me also had a package with a pre-paid label and seemed annoyed to be in line. The guy behind the counter never even looked up from whatever he was tending to with the customer at the counter. Not to acknowledge my entrance in the store or to tell the 2 of us in line that it would be a moment. Then the phone rang and he spent several minutes arguing with someone on the phone about a package that had been dropped off the day before. Again, he never even looked up at the customers waiting in line. I have never spent that long in a UPS store, ever. Especially with a package that all I needed to do was hand over! When he finally got off the phone I finally said "excuse me, is there somewhere we can drop off packages that have pre-paid labels?" and he seemed annoyed and said something along the lines of "it will be just a minute..." and then he finally said "you can bring it over there". I was finally able to drop the package off and leave; now running late to my appointment. I definitely wouldnt stop at this location if there are others you can go to. The customer service isnt up to par for a location that Im sure gets busy from time to time. I am also extremely surprised they dont have a drop off area on their counter for pre-paid packages/returns. read more

Really slllllllooooow, I waited over 40 minutes with 2 people at the counter and no one in front of me. I had to go outside for a few seconds to throw something away that couldn't be shipped and when I walked back to the counter was told to go to the back of the line so I waited over an hour to ship 1 item. Part of the staff was very helpful but not everyone. read more

UPS service provided today by Patrick on a on stop busy day is 5*s! ! In spite of all of the obstacles we are facing with "new" restrictions, Patrick is/was able to efficiently serve 3 customers at one time non stop PLUS man the phone! He is professional, polite, and friendly to everyone entering. A great role model for any person in the customer service job position! read more

I had a really good experience getting documents notarized . It was very fast. I noticed at least 4 people before me got their packages processed very quickly. HORRIBLE! I'd give them negative stars if I could. If you drop off already labeled UPS packages you will be INTERROGATED (!) as to the *EXACT* CONTENT of said packages (like you are doing something wrong). They will REFUSE your package if you aren't HYPER SPECIFIC . I also noticed how NO ONE ELSE WAS ASKED WHAT WAS IN THEIR PACKAGES. This has NEVER happened to me before at this or any other UPS store. Now I'm left wondering if my packages will even arrive/will they be rifled through because of their CONTENTS & why was I treated so badly? I'm Calling UPS corporate to find out their policy on package drop offs & to complain about their rude ass employees. Bottom line, I WILL NEVER AGAIN SET FOOT IN: THE UPS STORE #1096 2107 N. Customer service was both slow and obnoxious. She typed with one finger then acted disgusted that I wa ted different prices for overnight, next day or 2nd day. When she finally told me with a disgusted tone I confronted her that as the customer I was asking a simple question and didn't need the sighs of disgust. She promptly gave me attitude. I asked if the manager was the man in the back and it was. He either didn't hear me of was busy. Taking it a few hundred feet to FedEx....nicer and better prices....or the post office...now just dayum THAT'S bad!!! Large middle aged black woman with no name tag. read more

Never had any problems with this UPS Store location. Clean store and friendly employees.

What a satisfying experience! We had a package delivered two days ago - it contained a lithium battery that had OBVIOUSLY been damaged - and was leaking. After going to several ups stores we finally found the right one with a manager who was more than willing to help us with our dilemma. He went above and beyond to help us send the unopened package back. - which was, by the way already a hasmat issue. It should have never been delivered in the first place! We send alot of packages within and outside of the US and we will most certainly be using this store for our future business! Thankyou so much for the GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, Mr. Patrick Jensen! You are a proper manager! read more

No one at the store is exactly warm and fuzzy. Try to drop off a package that is already labeled, there's no place for it so you have to stand in line. It's actually ridiculous. If there is a place to drop the packages they definitely don't have it marked? read more

I wouldn't give them a single star. They lost a very important package that was supposed to be shipped in 3-5 days via USPS, and proceeded to blame the mailman. USPS had no record of picking up the package, and the manager lied about the package being on its way to its destination, and then when confronted with the facts he didn't even want to help. Terrible service... read more
