Great communication and overall I had a wonderful experience with the whole staff. They even finished all 10 shirts by the time I went to pick them up!! (Estimated turnaround was a few days) There's also a sweet doggie behind the counter sometimes. The design fee for me would have been $45 for a 48x22 size vinyl lettering banner on transparent background.
