If you can get any other carrier please do so. Someone sent me a package via FedEx. Per tracking details my package was delayed. After talking to customer service I was told to go to this location to pick up mg package. After arriving there was only 1 person working behind the counter and there was a line. Long story short they could not locate my package at the shipping center; it took them about 30 minutes to let me know. After leaving the facility the clerk in store called me to tell me they shipped my package by to the original shipper. They need more people working at the front counter and a better system to get people the correct information. read more

HORRIBLE!!! TERRIBLE!!! First they lied and said they attempted delivery, I was home ALL day. Nothing on my Ring camera. I reported it and filed a claim. Next day, the SAME driver (because Customer Service looked him up) comes to my house, pulls in the driveway and pulls OFF! He didnt even get out of the car! I am standing at the door! I thought maybe he just moved that fast... OF COURSE NOT! Went back and looked at the cameras, he NEVER got out of the car. He saw me standing in the doorway and drove OFF! Apparently from what I am reading this is what they do! They must be stealing phones and/or what else they think may be of value in SOMEONE else's package!! I grabbed my keys and jumped in my car!! I met Shay in person at the Ship Center and she was amazing. She called my area delivery driver, Tiffany Thomas, and they worked together to re-deliver to me at my home.They went above and beyond at a time I know they are both SUPER busy and I am very appreciative! read more

I was supposed to have a package delivered to my home that needed a signature, however the driver (which I assume was from this location) didn't come to my door. Instead she honked and called me from an out of state phone number. I tried calling customer service but they have a Minotaur maze of an IVR - so I tried calling the out of state number and it was the FedEx driver. I attempted to calmly ask why she didn't come to my door as it needed a signature and she got instantly aggressive and just kept repeating that it'll be delivered tomorrow. I told her we were home and she kept saying she waited five minutes and called. We never heard the honk she claimed to make. She didn't leave a tag. I have a ring doorbell so I know if people come to my door. She claimed that they don't come to the door anymore (which apparently is false). The driver tried to lie multiple times to get out of the fact she didn't follow FedEx procedure. Finally she cut me off and said she wasn't gonna argue with me. I got pissed and hung up the phone angrily (as by 10 minutes later it was absurd) finally I got through to customer service and they said they'd have a driver comeback same day for delivery. Ok awesome so I thought when someone from - I guess this location called and said that wasn't possible at all. They also blew off the whole situation like it wasn't a big deal but she assured me it would be delivered next day. Next day came and they didn't even put it on a truck. They immediately marked it as business closed (I'm residential and not even close to being a business) and so I called FedEx customer service again. The First Lady was like too bad basically. The second guy told me someone would be there same day (again) but that never happened either. So now I don't have my urgent package and I won't be home to receive the package so it'll more than likely be returned to sender. Quite possibly the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE. Mildly related I also talked to Twitter customer service AND I emailed the CEO of the company to no response. So yeah. Don't trust this place with your package they don't give two craps about anything. read more

Wow. I wish I could leave a lower review! Failed to deliver my package on time, multiple days late. It was supposed to be delivered today, since I'm at home all day today and it's very obvious someone is home since our cars are in the drive way. I figure it's probably been long enough for them to deliver it so I go outside to check and all there is is a stupid door tag saying no one was home and that they need a signature. Not once was our door bell rang nor did anyone knock on the door. If your packages aren't completely crushed by mishandling then they're late or they don't even bother to ship them at all. I am incredibly disappointed. I needed that package today and I made sure that I asked for no signature to be required. Next time Ill be sure to have my package delivered by USPS or UPS, they're much more reliable and helpful. read more

This is my local FedEx office, and while it's usually great, occasionally it is kind of a pain. We go in there probably once a week or more to drop stuff off for shipping, and the staff is usually very friendly and helpful. Most of the time they're more than willing to get us extra supplies out of the back, etc., although once or twice I've had to weasel boxes out of them. It is a good place to drop things off if you need to ship them! read more

I would also like to add that since this is a distro center, their drop-off is later than you think: 830pm. I think that's just about the latest possible, short of driving to the airport. But that's express: Ground drop-off is 6pm. This office is pretty popular, so if you can pre-print and pre-address, it is highly recommended. Most times there are 2-3 people waiting. Overall, I've had a fine experience there (and I too go once or twice a week). They take my packages with a smile - which more than I can say for the post office. read more

Had my new phone sent here to be held for pickup because I was afraid that being near the holiday, I might not get it in time and it would be faster to pick it up. Plus I didn't want to wait around the house all day for a package. Doing this is what's called a "delivery exception". Went down to pick up the phone, only to be told that it was on a truck, to be delivered to my house. I asked the staff member "But it says delivery exception right here, and on your computer screen." "That means that there is an exception to the delivery, right?" "Yes sir." "So why is it on a truck then?" Anyway, they couldn't give me an answer, but did apologize. The woman even tagged my package to be delivered before 10am. Low and behold, as I pulled into my driveway, the FedEx truck was there, with my new phone. Alls well that ends well. read more

Normally I love FedEx. In the past, they have been very fast and have always taken good care of my packages. However, they messed up big time this time. I ordered some prescription glasses online, and they were shipped out via FedEx. They shipped quickly but, as is usually the case, they arrived during the day while I was at work. The delivery man left a door tag saying he had been by and would try to deliver again. Here is where things begin to go wrong. Apparently, FedEx requires that the company sending the package specifically say that it can be left at the door or with an apartment complex office. I know that most shipping companies give people the option to say they do not want packages left like that, but I thought it was standard practice to leave it unless told otherwise. That's not the case with FedEx. FedEx won't leave it until told otherwise. I appreciate that they don't just leave it at the door. You never know who will actually pick it up that way, especially in an apartment complex. However, it makes no sense to me that they wouldn't leave it with the office. All of that wouldn't be a problem if FedEx had tried to redeliver it in a way that makes sense. The first delivery attempt was at 9:30 in the morning. When they leave the door tag, you can sign a part saying that you want the package left, but you can only do that if you get a chance to see the door tag before they try to redeliver. They guy came back about 4 hours later, around 1:30 to try for the second and final attempt. As a teacher, I work during those times and do not have the luxury to come home during lunch (I'm not allowed to leave the campus during school hours, so I couldn't come home even if I had the time). Thus, I didn't have an opportunity to sign the door tag since I hadn't even been home from work yet. I'm upset because I expect better from FedEx. When the guy came back the same day only a handful of hours later, he should have made a third attempt the next day after I had an opportunity to sign the door tag. If he's only allowed to make two attempts, then he shouldn't have come back the same day at all. He should have just waiting until the next day (again, to give me a chance to see and sign the first door tag). I appreciate that FedEx tried to get me the package the same day, but I'd rather actually get my package. I called FedEx, and they have made a note that the package can be left at the complex office. They will try to redeliver, but they won't do so until Monday. So now I have to decide whether I want to take time and spend gas money to go pick it up (the FedEx office is not exactly close to my apartment) today or just wait for them to do on Monday what they should have done in the first place. I'm not looking for money back, and I'm not looking for someone to get it shipped to me today. I know neither of these things are going to happen. At least FedEx is doing something to get it to me. Other companies would tell me I had no choice but to go pick it up. So kudos to FedEx for that. But, I can't be the only person this has happened to. What I want is a change in policy so that this doesn't happen again. They ought to require that a door tag be left for at least 24 hours before they will make a final attempt to deliver. They also need to make it standard procedure to leave a package with an apartment complex office unless specifically told by the sender or receiver not to do so. UPDATE: After going back and forth through email, I have gotten a response from FedEx. I have yet to hear from this specific distribution center, but at least the company itself has contacted me. They have added a note to my file saying that unless a company specifically requires my signature, the package should be left at the apartment complex office. Clearly, FedEx is not going to change their policy concerning leaving packages at offices in general (not that I'm surprised). Additionally, the driver broke policy when he made the final attempt to deliver on the same day that he made the first attempt. The policy is to leave at least two consecutive door tags on at least two consecutive days before the package is help for pickup. A complaint has been filed with this distribution center. They should contact me within the next two business days to address this. read more

Last week, rather than delivering to me at my address, FED EX chose to leave my parcel at at neighbors house, who,was out of town. The parcel,consisted of live plant materials. The parcel sat in the full sun for four days, until my neighbor came home. The reason fedex gave...their house was closer to the street. Today, the replacement parcel was to be delivered. FedEx shows it as being delivered, but no,parcel is here. So I wonder which neighbor they chose to leave it with this time? This is pathetic!!! read more

I ordered something and pay the "overnight" fee cause it was something kind of urgent. The package didnt arrive, i ordered it on wednesday and today is saturday.... in the tracking information says "wrong adress", and i wonder how ups and the regular post finds it. Never had problems until I moved and this fed ex made my deliveries. Packages often don't make it to me and I have to call and chase it. Many overnight shipments do not get here on time. Waste of money. I always make sure someone, if not I are around when I know a package is suppose to arrive to not get that slip and have to wait or go pick it up. Yet somehow, it always goes to the wrong door or says signed by someone who didn't. I always end up getting it but I have to spend time on the phone trying to figure it out with them where their driver went wrong and when they figure it out they say they'll try again the next day and after this many times, I now just say forget it, leave it there and I'll come pick it up. It's understandable when businesses make mistakes from time to time but I just really hope they can get it together so this doesn't happen so often. read more

I am writing this on 12/19/18 - On 12/4/18 I had 9 packages picked up at my home going to Florida. I stood on the porch and watched the driver scan the packages and load them on to his truck. I checked the next day on line so I could let the party receiving them that they would be delivered and there was nothing on line showing any pick up. I called the FedEx office and the person told me they had no record of the scan and that all 9 packages were lost. As I was on the phone with FedEx the party that was to receive the packages sent me a text and told me that she had received 8 of the 9 packages to which the person at FedEx told me that was impossible as there is no record of that. I asked for a supervisor who then told me that the information that the first person told me was incorrect and gave me a track number and also told me that there was 1 package at the drop place of Decatur, GA that had not been put on the truck for delivery, It is now 12/19/18 and they still have not located the package which were Christmas gifts and I was just told that this has been turned over to security as there is no package to be found. The lost box is 18x18x16 - a heavy duty Home Depot box with huge orange lettering on it. I have talked to a total of 27 people on this "loss" and other than the lovely lady in Orlando (they thought the package may have gone to the next stop - Orlando) the people on the phone were demeaning and ugly - they state I'll get a call back and they never do. I even asked the executive offices - David in ICAT who answered the phone - please find my package. I am a grandma - what has happened to the customer service as I have aged. The loss of this package is a big financial loss for me but more than than it has ruined the Christmas for my grandchildren. read more

Tracking said my package was out for delivery, after waiting all day, adult signature required, tracking informed me it was back at the terminal. After an eternity on the phone I was informed by Victoria, in a very curt tone, that it was dark and all drivers had returned to the terminal, guess they are scared of the dark, or FedEx is to cheap to pay overtime.
