I learned my lesson when I went with another printing company besides Ameripress for our most recent convention. The other company completely messed up our order and I ended up having to beg my man Matt at Ameripress to print our site plans, brochures, etc. The only reason we went with the other company was because of the recommendation of a vendor...I definitely went against my better judgment and learned from it. Initially, my thoughts were to go with Kinkos since I would imagine they shouldn't have a problem turning around a rush project in only a few hours for a conference. WOW was I wrong...after not hearing back for over an hour, I called them to make sure my project was schedule to be delivered by 4PM and they responded with "Oh absolutely not, we can't make that deadline". As you would imagine, I wasn't very happy with that response to say the least especially given that noone even called me to provide an update; so I decided to look for a local shop in Atlanta that could turn around my project in 3 hours (with delivery). After speaking with Matt, and explaining the nuances of the project, he told me that would be no problem at all. The price was great, the customer service superb, and - from what I understand from my colleague - the final product looked fantastic. As others have said, customer service was amazing. I had a rush print order, and Rob went above and beyond to make it happen (coordinating with their Marietta location, and even picking it up on his way home from work!). I really was blown away, and the quality of the actual print job was great too (and reasonable price). I usually go with Office Max or Fedex or one of the big companies for my print requests, but I'm so glad I didn't this time. I have used Ameripress in the past for print jobs and they were fantastic; most recently though, they exceeded me and my fiance's expectations. We ordered Save the Dates online through a "deal" we thought we were getting (trying to save money wherever we could on a tight budget).
