They have gotten really money hungry over the holidays. I return Amazon stuff at least once per month. They box the merchandise, tape it up, and mail it at no charge. Just show them the return authorization, they scan it, and give a big thank you. Today, I was told they couldn't just scan the return ticket, I had to print it out. But, they would print it for $3.50. Plus, they wanted $1.50 to put one strip of tape on the box. So $5.00 to ship what was free for the past many weeks. Went to drop off an Amazon package today. Sunday morning and only 1 person working - long line. The young lady working was so kind and patient and didn't get frazzled at all. She addressed each person, multitasked and was over the top kind. Just felt the need to recognize her because I would not have been handling it that well. Her name was Avery. read more

We had to ship back a desk top pC. Seller sent us a label and said to ask the UPS staff to box it up and ship it, should be covered in the coat or they could charge back. This store refused and gave us HORRIBLe customer service. read more

I love going to this store, super helpful and very time efficient for whenever I'm just in a rush! I will say though, they do get super busy most days, and sometimes I'll be in the line for up to 5 minutes. But whenever I do get up to the register they are very nice and very helpful. Went in the return some things to amazon. I come in somewhat regularly to do this and have had a mostly positive experience each time. Except this time i was helped by a young lady who did not have very good customer service and was just rude. She was talking on the phone the entire time i was up there, and barely gave me the time of day. Speaking over me to talk to whoever was on the phone. Vrunda (no last name) Please work on your customer service skills, I come in on weekends all the time and was always previously helped with another young lady (always forget to catch her name) but she is always very helpful and patient. Always revive with a smile! She is often left up front while her coworker (same person mentioned before) sits in the back. On her phone. Please fix this issue as I do not think it is fair for the negligent worker to get away with acting like this. read more

He refused to mail my package because he was busy with other customers and by the time he would finish, he wouldn't have time to ship my package. I have used this location in the past to mail several large shipments for my business, but will definitely be taking my business elsewhere in the future. read more

This UPS store location on Five Forks is terrible. They lost my package and claimed it was not their fault and that the USPS (Post Office) lost it. Neither had any tracking info for it and in fact it showed that the package never left the store. Did I mention that I paid UPS $20 for delivery!!! Terrible customer service which amounted to the Manager telling me that I was welcomed to search the store. No one called to follow up. Take your mail and packages elsewhere! read more

This location is convenient and the staff is nice. But my main gripe is, if you bring a package there (no matter how big or small) they WILL NOT tape it up for you. They will however give you a speech on why you have to bring your own tape or pay for tape when they have several tape dispensers sitting around behind the counter. With as expensive as their prices are for copies/printing (which is like $3 a page) when everyone else is like 20 cents a page I think these guys can afford to tape your box for you. read more

Well the heck, Wendy, I'll review it for ya! This UPS Store is like my own private shipping depot. Unlike other locations, this one is usually devoid of other customers and I can have their staff all to myself. I'm probably the guy they hate to see - I just bring in whatever the heck I need sent somewhere and expect them to wrap it, bubble it, package it up and send it. I'm simple - but darnit, I don't want to wait. This UPS Store has always given me great service and, when I remember that they're there, I go to them (sometimes they're so quiet I forget where I placed them and have to go to the "other one" on Sugarloaf). read more

This store is awesome in every way. They come to my car and tote in my big boxes I UPS on a regular basis at 70 I don't have the strength. I can buy my stamps without going to the Post Office and have had papers notarized, and copied. And are in the perfect spot next door to Great Clips where I go for my hair cuts and Kroger where I grocery shop. I could not ask for any better service with a smile. read more

Fantastic UPS Store location. I've been using the UPS Store at one location or another for almost two decades. This one is my favorite. When we moved to the area a few years ago I decided I'd maintain a post box again so deliveries wouldn't stay on my porch for hours at a time. Also, I get a lot of items that require signature. The crew here at this location always take care of me. They are always friendly and helpful. Most times, they see me park and have the signature pad and packages ready when I walk in. Great spot! Terrible experience!!!! What a nightmare. My boxes were lost and damaged, after spending $70+ dollars and waiting 2 months the owner did nothing. And his staff was rude. No one took responsibility. And when I went to pick up my boxes they were destroyed. After calling the corp office (not UPS but UPS store) they told me I did have a claim, but had to find the receipts. I only want the money back I paid to have the boxes shipped, but looks like another fiasco.
