So glad I did, because the notary was warm and friendly, interacted with my kids, was very professional and completed the notarization in a timely manner (and beautiful penmanship). It only cost $5 which was an excellent value compared to other places. Thank you Ms. P! Also, there is a small play area for kids at the front of the store with blocks, so very family-friendly. Will definitely go back with other documents in the future.

That is when I left to go to your location on 3370 Lawrenceville Suwanee Road, Suwanee, GA. Thanks to team member Aniya, my experience was stellar! The young guy behind the counter agreed that he had never saw this happen, and that his manager would have to call USPS but his manager was not in until Monday. With a demeanor, as if I was bothering him to get up off his phone, he asked that I leave my tracking number for the manager to call USPS, who wouldn't be in until Monday (it's Thursday). Never did he attempt to do so himself or provide a # I could call myself... saying his manager had to be the one to call. He had a complete attitude trying to reiterate that no timeframe is guaranteed and sarcastically stating that it is an "estimated timeframe" when paying for packages to be shipped EXCEPT that that is not completely true. His demeanor was nasty. There was a complete lack of customer service and he showed a complete disregard for my concerns on the mystery of where my package is, repeating that "it's out of our hands" with a snarky tone. The lack of customer service experienced was disgusting.

I was quoted $51.00 and some change. I took the package to the USPS to see if I could get a better price. I could did not get a better price than the $51.00 so I came back to this store to send the package off. The clerk had already printed off the last shipping label the first time I was in the store and kept it just in case I returned to the store. She was right, I did come back. I came back for the first price I was quoted. I asked her to remove the insurance on the package. This brought the price down to $48.00. I agreed to that price. All of a sudden, she said I need to make an adjustment. After she made the adjustment she said, that will be $68 dollars and some change. She mentioned she had made a mistake in the measurements on the box however; she didn't measure the box again. She actually charged me $17.00 more, bringing the total cost to ship the package to $68. I left the store again going back to the USPS. This is unacceptable behavior. They need to move out of our community; they cannot be trusted to do business with the people in our community. I may be a lot of things but dumb and stupid is not one of them. I ended up paying a total of $51.00 to send the package off at the post office. All this UPS store is good for is to send Amazon packages back to Amazon; that's it, nothing more. The clerk misjudged me; more than likely she thought I would just suck it up and pay the $68.00. She was so wrong! See less Edit Delete
