Around 4:45 p.m., I went in to mail a simple greeting card to British Columbia, Canada. The employee's first suggestion was to send it via FedEx for more than $70. The process didn't seem correct as she was putting it in a shipping folder, I questioned why and when I asked if I could just mail it with stamps, she told me no. I've been a loyal customer because I wanted to support a local business, but after today's experience, I'll be taking my business elsewhere. I hope the owner sees this as an opportunity to better train staff so future customers receive accurate information and don't leave feeling as frustrated as I did. I returned home and did an online search to discover that all I need is USPS Global Forever stamps (costing $1.75).

Great place, great people. Best service possible. Can't go wrong, always a pleasure dropping…read moresomething off here.
