HORRIBLE! Ruined my BRAND NEW Theory white blazer. Took the blazer in for a cleaning because it was wrinkled during shipping, literally took the tag off in the parking lot. Brought it in BRIGHT white, when I picked it up it was dingy. When I asked about the color she said, this is what happens to whites when dry cleaned. She was insulting my intelligence, after doing research I've learned this is from dirty solvent being used. They will not take responsibility, first they said bring in the bill for it, when I did that they said we are not responsible that's it's a manufacturer defect. It's a $400 blazer! I will be suing them, I don't say that lightly. I've never sued anyone but this is truly unprofessional & unethical. read more

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE-I brought my fav pumps here to get the tap replaced in a Wednesday 3/15, I was asked to pick them up on Wednesday 3/22 next week, note: the ticket to pick up on Saturday 3/18; I didn't make it back to pick my shoes up until Friday 3/24 only to find my shoes were not there... the lady tried to hand me some randomness shoe and I advised her those not mine... after some time waiting as she scrambled to find another pair of shoes, then she made a call... she finally came back to the window and I showed her a pic of my shoes...she then said my shoes were at another store... so... I said well ma'am I dropped them here. She said yes, but I forgot about them...I looked at her puzzled... she then said they would have them later is it ok for me to come back... I responded that clearly I have no choice but to come back... then I asked for a discount for my inconvenience, she said no... I said ma'am I came AFTER the date you asked me to come and now I have to make an additional trip at no fault of my own... she then begrudgingly offered a $1 discount ( it's not the money, it's the principle) I then said I will be expressing my dissatisfaction about my experience on yelp, and asked what time I needed to be back... she then calls me rude... (wow I'm rude for giving my review on yelp???) I said ma'am I am the customer... I just need to know what time to pick my shoes up... and she finally said 5... I will NEVER patron this place again... fingers crossed that my shoes are in place when I return... I will call first... smh UPDATE: I returned to pick up my shoes, I had a friend on my car speaker so she can hear what I was talking about, and the woman immediately came at me loudly attempting to explain why my shoes weren't ready as she was holding them hostage in her hand... I politely asked her to hand me my shoes so that I can be about my way and she proceed to "plead her case" i again asked, ma'am pleast just hand me my shoes and take my payment... she continued, still not handing me my shoes, so I ask are you telling me that you are offering this service for free? she exclaims, NO, I'm just trying to explain to you. I interject and tell hand me my shoes take my payment so I can go along... she FINALLY hands me my shoes, take my care and CONTINUES TO TALK!!! At this point my blood is boiling and I told her if she doesn't swipe my card I am taking it back and leaving... I also told her that her customer service is atrocious and the store needs a nice person to deal with customers because she is extremely unpleasant ... I have never experienced this level of unprofessional customer service... I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE AGAIN!! EVER!!! read more

We switched to Siam Cleaners about a year ago and are very happy with them. The lady that is normally there is super-nice and attentive.

I've always been skeptical selecting which dry cleaners to take my clothes to, but Siam has never failed me. I have been an active customer here for almost 5 years and have never had a problem!! My clothes are ready when expected and cleaned and pressed to my liking! Also, the customer service is great and family is sooooo kind! I don't plan on going to any other dry cleaning service anytime soon! read more

My coats were more expensive to clean than the price they quoted over the phone. They were not ready when they said they would be, and mine still had dog hair on it. read more

Got a pant suit altered here and they did a great job! The lady at the front desk is very friendly. To get the pants hemmed and cuffed and the jacket sleeves altered was $32 which was cheaper than the nearby places around here. They also ironed the suit. I will be back! read more

Terrible customer service. I took a pageant dress to Siam's for alterations. They use an outside source for this. I talked with the seamstress on the phone and was very clear what I needed done. My instructions were pinned to the dress.They did not listen to the instructions and ruined the dress. I asked for the extra material that was left over from the alteration and they lied and said there wasn't any. The dress had at least 5 or 6 inches of material that should have been returned to me. Do not use them. They also told me upfront how much the alterations would be and charged more when I came to get the dress. I advise you to go elsewhere if you need alterations. Do not trust these people. read more
