Ms. Julie did an outstanding job repairing a sequined dress with a broken zipper and needed to be shortened 3". She hand sewed the entire dress plus worked quickly to meet my deadline. My go to dry cleaners recently closed. A friend of mine recommended this place, so I decided why not. I dropped off 2 wedding dresses, 1 veil, and a few button up shirts. I had walked around in dirt in one of my wedding dresses and spilled wine on my other wedding dress. He was able to remove all the stains and my dresses looked brand new! I am very impressed with his service and this is my new to go dry cleaners. I highly recommend them. I also appreciate the fact that he is upfront about the pick up time. This is my go to spot for all dry cleaning and even alteration needs. Highly rated and multiple awards as rated by Gwinnett's Best. The staff are friendly and get to know you pretty quick. Service is professional and competitively priced. With COVID there could be a slight delay compared to pre-Covid days however this is a minor inconvenience. BEWARE: Dropped off 2 formal dresses for a wedding to have wrinkles removed. When I picked them up both dresses still had wrinkles and 1 of the dresses had water stains on the front and back. Obviously they don't inspect their work after completion. The lady said it was no one there to remove the stains THAT THEY MADE since it was on a Saturday and charged $40+. Will never use this place again. If you can't do the work don't accept the job. I would give them a 0 if I could for this horrible experience. read more

Patan is truly great! Actually takes pride in their work and takes perfect care of my clothes. I have a lot of clothing from Louis Vuitton, Dior, Fendi etc and they treat every piece with great care. This is the worst alteration service I have ever received. I will say that the service time and friendliness was top notch but that is all. I had a bridesmaid dress shortened and the the hem was SO BAD, that the day of the wedding I had to hold the dress hem together with scotch tape! I mean SCOTCH TAP!!! Come on!!! For a price take of $85 dollars they not only left the hem half held together at further look the hem wasn't straight not even close to straight! I WARN YOU, DO NOT DO ALTERATIONS HERE! I have no review for the dry cleaning as I didn't use that service. I'm going to bring in for my money back, will update my review again after my talk with management! read more

Parentals were coming to town and we needed an emergency duvet cleaning. It was our first time needing something dry-cleaned in Georgia, so this was a risk for us. We ended up taking our chances with Crystal Blue who was able to take our order last minute at 7PM on a Friday, AND promised to have it ready by the next day. We were initially quoted $25-30 over the phone, then were told it was $40 in store due to the material. They honored the 20% Yelp discount so it ended up costing us $32. Overall, not sure if this is the best pricing in town, but definitely want to commend them for their quick turnaround. The person in charge and the seamstress were both friendly and accommodating as well. I also inquired about alterations (getting a dress hemmed) and was told pricing would start at $24. My wife has been to this place for a couple times. They did a good job with dry clean but not this time. My wife brought a comforter for dry clean a couple days ago. This is the first time the comforter got dry clean since we bought it. When we went to pick it up today, the lady at the front told me that there is a problem. She said once they clean the comforter, it became out of shape. When we ask her what cause that to happen, she said that she doesn't know and it is like that when my wife brought it in. He was very professional and fast. They promised a quick turnaround by 4pm the next day. Upon return, Rishi recognized me as I walked in. He pulled my order and called me by name. The clothes were great (they even insert collar stays to give the pressed shirts a perfect collar). I would highly recommend Crystal Blue and Rishi. They have a convenient drive through that makes it easy to do business. The staff was very nice and answered my questions. I noticed that they offer a delivery service, which is a plus. Located near the Sugerloaf Country Club, this place is a wonderful and trustworthy dry cleaning + alterations small business. Fast and reliable, my husband and I each chose a piece to drop off as our "test pieces" at our first visit. Both pieces were for dry cleaning though and not alterations. I choose a short winter jacket and my husband a cashmere/silk scarf. $15 was the cost combined of both pieces ($12 after the yelp promotion I used). The pieces were ready in a few days in perfect condition. The gentleman working in the front was very friendly and provided great customer service. There is a yelp promotion as well for your first visit (20% off your first order). They also offer another promotion you can purchase of $30 for $50). A great dry cleaning place. I have done business with crystal blue dry cleaning for a couple of years and thought my business was appreciated. I took a comforter in to be cleaned and received it back faded. When I took it back I was told the owner would contact me on Monday. Well Monday came and went so I called and spoke with the owner and he admitted the discoloration may have been caused by them but there were other spots on the back side of the comforter. If this were true why clean it and no notify me. They refunded me my cost for the dry cleaning but nothing for the damage. You are only a good customer until you have a complaint. He seemed to not care he was losing a customer along with future customers. I think owners like this don't care because they feel you won't pursue damages because of the amount.
