They are fast and reliable and friendly. The clothes always come back perfect. They are also great with rushes!

They really do rip you off--dry cleaning is ridiculously expensive here. And quality is just like any other place. Will start going somewhere else now read more

I've been using their services for over 15 years... we moved to the other side of town...I'm actively trying to simplify life and not drive great distances for different things... I researched Dry Cleaners near my new home. No one seems to compare..... I'll be making the drive to Crystal Blue! that says it all! read more

This place is fantastic! Roshi, Rosa and Ms Julie do a wonderful job whatever you need them to do. Ms. Julie did an outstanding job repairing a sequined dress with a broken zipper and needed to be shortened 3". She hand sewed the entire dress plus worked quickly to meet my deadline. The pricing was very reasonable. I've been using these folks for years and I'm never disappointed. Highly recommend! Thank you guys for being so amazing!! read more

My go to dry cleaners recently closed. A friend of mine recommended this place, so I decided why not. I dropped off 2 wedding dresses, 1 veil, and a few button up shirts. I had walked around in dirt in one of my wedding dresses and spilled wine on my other wedding dress. He was able to remove all the stains and my dresses looked brand new! I am very impressed with his service and this is my new to go dry cleaners. I highly recommend them. I also appreciate the fact that he is upfront about the pick up time. Last, I really enjoy not getting out of my car. read more

This is my go to spot for all dry cleaning and even alteration needs. Highly rated and multiple awards as rated by Gwinnett's Best. The staff are friendly and get to know you pretty quick. Service is professional and competitively priced. With COVID there could be a slight delay compared to pre-Covid days however this is a minor inconvenience. The high quality of care and attentional to detail makes up for this. I've done several alterations here and would trust them to handle future projects. Will continue to support based on positive experiences. read more

Crystal Blue Dry Cleaners - Front entrance - Sewing & Alterations Near Me - Duluth, Georgia

I love this cleaners. Only gone there 2-3 times and the gentleman already know my k name. Service is excellent.

Patan is truly great! Actually takes pride in their work and takes perfect care of my clothes. I have a lot of clothing from Louis Vuitton, Dior, Fendi etc and they treat every piece with great care. Nothing but exceptional experiences every time. And they are extremely reasonably priced. Honestly underpriced in my opinion but no complaints from me lol read more

BEWARE: Dropped off 2 formal dresses for a wedding to have wrinkles removed. When I picked them up both dresses still had wrinkles and 1 of the dresses had water stains on the front and back. Obviously they don't inspect their work after completion. The lady said it was no one there to remove the stains THAT THEY MADE since it was on a Saturday and charged $40+. Will never use this place again. If you can't do the work don't accept the job. I would give them a 0 if I could for this horrible experience. read more

I've been coming to this dry cleaners for about 6 years now and they've never let me down. Reasonable prices, great customer service, and the employees remember my name every time I'm picking up or dropping off. Even when I moved further away from the area they're in, I still make the drive to them because they're so reliable. Definitely would recommend them. read more

All really have to say is life saver and pure luck!! Shop was closed for Labor Day weekend and I did not realized it. Pure luck the owner was here and was able to give my clothes for a wedding!! Beyond grateful that he was able to help and was very chilled about!! read more

This is the worst alteration service I have ever received. I will say that the service time and friendliness was top notch but that is all. I had a bridesmaid dress shortened and the the hem was SO BAD, that the day of the wedding I had to hold the dress hem together with scotch tape! I mean SCOTCH TAP!!! Come on!!! For a price take of $85 dollars they not only left the hem half held together at further look the hem wasn't straight not even close to straight! I WARN YOU, DO NOT DO ALTERATIONS HERE! I have no review for the dry cleaning as I didn't use that service. I'm going to bring in for my money back, will update my review again after my talk with management! read more

Crystal Blue Dry Cleaners - Suit - Sewing & Alterations Near Me - Duluth, Georgia

The best service I've ever received! I was in town for business & a waiter spilled something on the jacket to my suit the prior evening. The pleasant male @ the counter said that they could not dry clean the whole jacket in an hour but said they would try spot cleaning it while i waited. They got the large spot out & told me there was no charge. I also told the Courtyard Marriott down the street to recommend this cleaners to everyone. The epitome of customer service!!! Thank you Crystal Blue Cleaners!!! read more

Excellent service. They make you feel like you are the best customer they have. My shirts are always done right and ready on time. The only issue I have is the reduced hours now that prevent me from dropping off before work and picking up after. read more

I have been using this cleaner for about a year. They are simply the best. Everything I have dropped off comes back perfectly. I have also used them twice for alterations that were done without issue. The thing that makes them special is by the second visit they knew my car and my name. They are already pulling up my account as I drive up. read more

Parentals were coming to town and we needed an emergency duvet cleaning. It was our first time needing something dry-cleaned in Georgia, so this was a risk for us. We ended up taking our chances with Crystal Blue who was able to take our order last minute at 7PM on a Friday, AND promised to have it ready by the next day. We were initially quoted $25-30 over the phone, then were told it was $40 in store due to the material. They honored the 20% Yelp discount so it ended up costing us $32. Overall, not sure if this is the best pricing in town, but definitely want to commend them for their quick turnaround. The person in charge and the seamstress were both friendly and accommodating as well. I also inquired about alterations (getting a dress hemmed) and was told pricing would start at $24. I'll probably have to look into that a bit more. read more

My wife has been to this place for a couple times. They did a good job with dry clean but not this time. My wife brought a comforter for dry clean a couple days ago. This is the first time the comforter got dry clean since we bought it. When we went to pick it up today, the lady at the front told me that there is a problem. She said once they clean the comforter, it became out of shape. When we ask her what cause that to happen, she said that she doesn't know and it is like that when my wife brought it in. She also refuses to collect our money for the dry cleaner and told us to leave and never come back. read more

We were staying at a hotel near Gwinnett Place mall and had to extend our stay. We were in need of laundry and dry cleaning services with a fast turnaround. I found Crystal Blue Dry Cleaners on Yelp and decided to give them a try. The location was further away than many so I was hoping it was worth it. When I arrived late morning, I was greeted by Rishi. He was very professional and fast. They promised a quick turnaround by 4pm the next day. Upon return, Rishi recognized me as I walked in. He pulled my order and called me by name. The clothes were great (they even insert collar stays to give the pressed shirts a perfect collar). I would highly recommend Crystal Blue and Rishi. This kind of service is hard to find and should be rewarded. read more

I have been there for twice. Great experience and service, fast cleaned. I will recommend to you guys

This company is great to work with. We use their home pick up and delivery service and honestly would never be without it again. I like that they are an environmentally conscious cleaner. And they do great work...have never had that weird dry cleaner smell from my clothes ever...and my husband's dress shirts and pants are holding up better than our previous cleaners. Highly recommend them! read more

Needed a place to get my shoe heel repaired. Stumbled across this place when I was stopping at the UPS store. Decided to give them a try the next day. They have a convenient drive through that makes it easy to do business. The staff was very nice and answered my questions. I noticed that they offer a delivery service, which is a plus. I dropped my shoes off and was told that I would get them back the upcoming Monday. I think I dropped them off on a Tuesday or Wednesday. I can't really recall. Got my shoes back, no complaints. I will definitely do more business here. read more

Great spot and great service! Came here for alterations and will come back for any other services.

My dry cleaning lady decided to retire so I am on the hunt for a new dry cleaning place. My husband was recommended this place by a client. We researched on online and saw this place had great reviews on many websites including Yelp. Therefore, we decided to pay a visit to this establishment. Located near the Sugerloaf Country Club, this place is a wonderful and trustworthy dry cleaning + alterations small business. Fast and reliable, my husband and I each chose a piece to drop off as our "test pieces" at our first visit. Both pieces were for dry cleaning though and not alterations. I choose a short winter jacket and my husband a cashmere/silk scarf. $15 was the cost combined of both pieces ($12 after the yelp promotion I used). The pieces were ready in a few days in perfect condition. The gentleman working in the front was very friendly and provided great customer service. There is a yelp promotion as well for your first visit (20% off your first order). They also offer another promotion you can purchase of $30 for $50). A great dry cleaning place. However, they are a bit far for us (30 minute drive). But if you live in the area I highly recommend! read more

Crystal Blue Dry Cleaners provide excellent services including alterations. Time and time again crystal blue reinforces my loyalty with their best in industry customer service and quality of dry cleaning. I also love the fact crystal blue uses eco friendly products which reduce harm for the planet as well as the clothes that come in contact with your skin. The alterations are remarkably flawless and I will never find another seamstress like Julie. Whether you are new to town or looking for a new dry cleaners, this place is a one stop shop for all of your needs and I absolutely give crystal blue the highest recommendation. read more

Great place! Did one item for me within 5 minutes while I waited. I will be a regular here!!

Clothes came back without being over pressed and without a heavy chemical smell. I was skeptical to try some place new after going to the same dry cleaners for 20 years. I've ventured out before and had some of my favorite pieces ruined. I'm glad this place is not only friendly but knowledgeable in how to take care of clothing. read more

I've lived in the neighborhood about 10 months, and I'm so glad I found Crystal Blue. They've repaired leather shoes my dog mistook for a chew toy, hemmed pants and repaired zippers, plus the usual excellent laundry service. Fast and so friendly, thanks ladies, keep up the good work! read more
