No, but they stand by their service and I rarely have an issue, and if I have any special items which require unique attention, we talk about the treatment plan kind of like any other service provider I am committed to. The mangers at the other places, for the most part, have not been receptive to compensating me for damage they have wrought. There has only been one event where I needed something redone at this dry cleaner. It was not that big of a deal except I work in a public setting and my attire cannot be rumpled or stained. I took it back and pointed out the infraction. There was no resistance. He apologized and redid the item. That was good customer service. I plan to be a return customer for quite some time. 39/100
