Sadly we moved in and noticed it hadn't been cleaned at all... photos attached for proof. It was obvious nothing had been even wiped down other than maybe the kitchen counters. You'll see in the photos, dirty bathroom sinks (clearly weren't even wiped behind faucets) dirty drawers with hair and plastic, dirty floor corners, dirty blinds, dirty toilets, and more. I'm really not sure what the cleaner did for the 4 hours she was there... We had to stop moving our things inside to clean ourselves. I did reach out to them and they apologized and offered us a complimentary 1 hour service. And as much as we appreciated that gesture, we don't really see the point in a 1 hour quick clean.
