Recently my wife and I had a child, so we wanted to get the house really cleaned. My wife and I…read morelooked for a company that would be attentive to our needs making sure the house was as clean as can be. I found a cleaning crew on Groupon (1st mistake) and they let us down big time (my wife says I should have read their google reviews first) so taking my wife's advice I google searched and Pretty Girls Clean Too popped up in my area. First off I must say that I was very impressed by their promptness and their attention to detail. It felt good knowing that they were taking their time and wanted to make sure the customer was satisfied. For a small upstart company, everything was professionally done. From the consultation to the actual day of cleaning. My wife is really peculiar about how and who cleans the house. She was really satisfied. I highly recommend this cleaning service and I have a feeling that we will be using this company sooner than later.

They exceeded my expectations. First of all, their website makes booking and paying for your…read moreservice very easy. It is a flat rate based off the number of bedrooms, and then you can add specific items that you would like done which are not included in their flat rate, so there are no hidden fees. I got all of my ceiling fans cleaned, so they are ready to be used! Secondly, Melinda is very prompt at getting back to you and answering your questions. I needed to adjust the time, and had some special requests, but she was more than happy to cater to my needs. She has an awesome personality. Finally - and most importantly, Melinda and her crew get your house CLEAN. I'm a bit of a neat freak, so I'm pretty picky when it comes to paying someone to clean...but they go above and beyond. After sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping, they get to every corner of every room with a brush - literally, a brush. Whatever you catch during the final walk-through that they might've missed (which is barely anything), they fix right away. They use different colored towels for different purposes, so you don't have to worry about a towel that's touched your toilet area touching your countertops. They vacuum under the couch and the couch cushions. They clean all light switches and handles. I can go on and on - let's just say they know what they are doing! I am sure everyone Melinda hires is screened by her high standards, but her crew members Brae and Michael were professional, courteous, and detail-oriented.

I CAN BACK UP EVERY CLAIM I HAVE MADE AND I AM NOW IN THE PROCESS OF TAKING HER TO COURT WITH ALL OF MY PROOF. IF YOU FEEL THE NEED TO LIE PLEASE MAKE SURE THE OTHER PARTY CANT BACK UP A STATEMENT!!!! YOU ARE A VERY DISHONEST PERSON AND YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED. I really did not want to leave this review as the owner seemed very nice and friendly. However, the cleaning job that I received was less than stellar. I reached out to her the next day after I had time to go back and fully inspect my home. I reached out to her two different ways via messenger and also iPhone message along with pictures of the work that was not done in my home. She has seen both messages and has simply chosen to not respond back or to make it right. I paid a good amount of money to have my 2100 square-foot house cleaned from top to bottom for a deep clean. According to her Cleaning policy, and what all it entails for a deep clean, I would say the majority of my downstairs was missed in those areas. Tables were not dusted nor baseboards that could have easily been accessible to move that she clearly stated would be. I didn't just pay for a regular cleaning. I paid for a ceiling to floor deep clean. When I came home, all of the lights were on and aesthetically, It looked good at the time, but when going back and looking at certain portions of the house, I noticed baseboards were not touched nor windows washed. This is what led me to do a more thorough investigation of the house. If she just would have reached out to me to try to make it right I wouldn't be leaving this review right now. My suggestion for any of her future clientele, please make sure you are going around your house and thoroughly inspecting it from top to bottom. I definitely would not recommend her to any of my friends looking for a cleaning service.
