They exceeded my expectations. First of all, their website makes booking and paying for your…read moreservice very easy. It is a flat rate based off the number of bedrooms, and then you can add specific items that you would like done which are not included in their flat rate, so there are no hidden fees. I got all of my ceiling fans cleaned, so they are ready to be used! Secondly, Melinda is very prompt at getting back to you and answering your questions. I needed to adjust the time, and had some special requests, but she was more than happy to cater to my needs. She has an awesome personality. Finally - and most importantly, Melinda and her crew get your house CLEAN. I'm a bit of a neat freak, so I'm pretty picky when it comes to paying someone to clean...but they go above and beyond. After sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping, they get to every corner of every room with a brush - literally, a brush. Whatever you catch during the final walk-through that they might've missed (which is barely anything), they fix right away. They use different colored towels for different purposes, so you don't have to worry about a towel that's touched your toilet area touching your countertops. They vacuum under the couch and the couch cushions. They clean all light switches and handles. I can go on and on - let's just say they know what they are doing! I am sure everyone Melinda hires is screened by her high standards, but her crew members Brae and Michael were professional, courteous, and detail-oriented.

My place was in shambles. I haven't been in good enough health to clean my home properly for the…read morepast 3 to 4 months and was in desperate need of a deep clean. Eco-Friendly brought over a team and I'm so happy I chose their service. [SERVICE] I chose a deep clean service with multiple add-ons (window blinds, extra tub/shower scrub). Due to the size of our house we were provided with 4 cleaners who arrived exactly on time - I was so pleased that we were given 4 cleaners instead of the standard 2. But keep in mind, this depends on the service and add-ons selected as well as the size and condition of your home. It took 2.5 hours with the crew of 4. The cleaners that came were all so respectful, courteous and attentive to detail. I hope the next time I call, we get to have this same exact team. [QUALITY] I have two dogs (including a very furry Golden Retriever), and the amount of fur bunnies that roll around the floors and furniture is never ending. The areas underneath the beds and sofas were like deep, dark jungles of fur. After the cleaning service, it was so clean, I could see the reflection of my face coming off those floors. There was also this small, dusty Slytherin pin tumbling around my closet, someone even cleaned that. [PRICE] The price depends on the service(s) you're requesting (noting that a standard clean and a deep clean are different), the size of your house, and also the condition your house is in. With that being said, I was happy with the price I paid. I've tried Hux a few times and one other cleaning service in the Atlanta area, all of those charged less but the service and quality were not worth it. But I'm happy with the service and quality I received from Eco-Friendly for the price I paid, and I will gladly call them next time.

Eco-Friendly Maids was SO incredibly helpful, communicative, and responsive to my many questions…read moreand specific requests. I've had two deep cleans with them (2021 and 2024) and they put so much effort into doing a great job- both beforehand in preparing for the clean, and during the actual clean. My condo looks and feels so much better. They were so thorough! I was feeling a lot of conflicting emotions and guilt about hiring someone to clean my house but I was so overwhelmed with everything else apart from my house, and now I don't have the additional pressure of feeling like my house is dirty, so I'll say it was totally worth it. One more note, the cleaning was almost a week ago and my house still smells great when I walk in. I love that they use eco-friendly cleaning products.

I called and scheduled an appointment with this company. They came and cleaned for me. So I can…read moresay... Whatever you do - NEVER use Tonia's House Cleaning. When I say never I mean NEVER. Not only was the service much less than promised. The owner's attitude is THE most disgusting attitude I have heard in years. In fact, I literally cannot even recall an owner aggressively yelling, but the owner does. I've literally, personally, been bullied by this Company but I'm no longer going to remain silent... you have to stand up to bullies.... YELP-- you should too. It's not right to be bullied. **THE WORK:// I watched them do the work. They made the house look better, but did less than half the time promised. They promised 10-2pm or later if needed. They started at 11:15 and left at 1:15. They also took 3 smoke breaks. Angela the main housekeeper could not keep up and did much less than her assistant. Billy her assistant did the kitchen, he did the heavy lifting. Angela unfortunately should not be cleaning houses for a living. At the last minute she refused to do two rooms -- the walk in closet and a bedroom because it was too dusty. I've never heard of a professional housecleaner being afraid of dust. Even after every single piece of furniture was removed she still didn't do it. They have very low standards on what is acceptable for clean. **SERVICE:// The owner has been harassing me, literally. She has personally cursed me out via text... its quite shameful. Future potential patrons of Tonia's Housecleaning, you will have a tough job talking to her if anything goes wrong. She doesn't care about how bad of a job they did or not honoring the price given. She doesn't care about the customer. **SUGGESTION:// In my opinion -- You shouldn't patronize them, but if you do for some strange reason--- have them do a walk-through of what they can do and get everything in writing first. Make sure it's very clear what they are going to do, record it if needed. In fact, do that for any housekeeping service. **CONCLUSION:// I've had some bad experiences at businesses, but this is now on my top 10 worst businesses in Atlanta list. I also don't like how they have now posted fake reviews... again Yelp, not cool. My persona, first-hand experience with Tonia's Houscleaning was so not good... never patronize this business.

IF YOU FEEL THE NEED TO LIE PLEASE MAKE SURE THE OTHER PARTY CANT BACK UP A STATEMENT!!!! YOU ARE A VERY DISHONEST PERSON AND YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED. I really did not want to leave this review as the owner seemed very nice and friendly. However, the cleaning job that I received was less than stellar. I reached out to her the next day after I had time to go back and fully inspect my home. I reached out to her two different ways via messenger and also iPhone message along with pictures of the work that was not done in my home. She has seen both messages and has simply chosen to not respond back or to make it right. I paid a good amount of money to have my 2100 square-foot house cleaned from top to bottom for a deep clean. According to her Cleaning policy, and what all it entails for a deep clean, I would say the majority of my downstairs was missed in those areas. Tables were not dusted nor baseboards that could have easily been accessible to move that she clearly stated would be. I didn't just pay for a regular cleaning. I paid for a ceiling to floor deep clean. When I came home, all of the lights were on and aesthetically, It looked good at the time, but when going back and looking at certain portions of the house, I noticed baseboards were not touched nor windows washed. This is what led me to do a more thorough investigation of the house. If she just would have reached out to me to try to make it right I wouldn't be leaving this review right now. My suggestion for any of her future clientele, please make sure you are going around your house and thoroughly inspecting it from top to bottom. I definitely would not recommend her to any of my friends looking for a cleaning service.
