At first glance I was very impressed with my service, but when I started looking closer I was…read moredisappointed. When I arrived home I was so excited to see how clean my apartment was. As I walked around, though, I noticed some things that were off. First of all, there were clumps of hair left on the floor. I paid for them to clean the carpet, which they did, but didn't pick up the gathered hair, I guess? My vanity table and dressers has some jewelry and things on the surface, and while I didn't expect them to organize them completely, it was just thrown together. Now some of my jewelry is tangled. And if this is part of the process, I get it, but I didn't expect to have to do work after a cleaning. I also had a very expensive neon sign that was broken and a mysterious stain left on my wall that wasn't there before. The cleaners needed more time, which I granted, but I am not happy with some of the mistakes made. I have contacted the company and sent them pictures. We will see if they reimburse me for the broken items and the stain and if they make this right. Will update once an arrangement is made to remedy this.
