As I walked around, though, I noticed some things that were off. First of all, there were clumps of hair left on the floor. I paid for them to clean the carpet, which they did, but didn't pick up the gathered hair, I guess? My vanity table and dressers has some jewelry and things on the surface, and while I didn't expect them to organize them completely, it was just thrown together. Now some of my jewelry is tangled. And if this is part of the process, I get it, but I didn't expect to have to do work after a cleaning. I also had a very expensive neon sign that was broken and a mysterious stain left on my wall that wasn't there before. The cleaners needed more time, which I granted, but I am not happy with some of the mistakes made. I have contacted the company and sent them pictures.
