Was quoted $192 which seemed steep but I wanted it done right. The day of the appointment the cleaner contacted me directly and said she wanted to come 90 minutes later than the appt, which was annoying but whatever. Let her in and walked her through the EMPTY condo, and all the things I needed done. Came back the next morning- floors weren't mopped, nothing dusted, baseboards dirty, and the TOILET hadnt been touched. It wasn't even a "regular" clean! Reached out to the company, they said they'd sens someone by 11:30a (I was on a timeline this day). At 1:30p someone showed up (at this point I had had to cancel two appointments). They would not refund my money, and after the 2nd hour of waiting offered me $40 off. At that point I wanted to just punt and leave. Walked the next person through what hadn't been done. Went to eat and came back, she said she had 20 min left, I noticed the baseboards in the kitchen still weren't clean so pointed them out to her. Came back today and the baseboards are still filthy. Got on my hands and knees and cleaned them myself. FLEE from this company and find a decent place that won't screw you over.

For example, window sills not wiped out, beds made up lumpy, tops of the fridge and bookshelves ignored, toilet tanks not wiped down etc. While the owner is very nice, I believe he tries to fit too many houses into one day. My visit today lasted one hour and 10 minutes for a three bedroom two bath house. You can imagine in that amount of time what was overlooked. Sergio did a spectacular job in my kitchen, and meticulously cleaned the oven, sink, appliances, etc which had been neglected for several months after a difficult pregnancy, life with a newborn, and lots of family guests.
