Extremely disappointed. My wife and I hired Heather/Deep Clean Atlanta to clean the top two floors of our townhouse (kitchen/dining room and two bedrooms/2.5 bath). We were planning on setting up regular cleaning services if we were satisfied with the job. Initial communication with Heather was prompt and informative. We selected the "standard maintenance clean", which was priced at $180 for our townhouse, and elected to add baseboard and interior windowsill for an additional $150. The website details the specific items covered by the standard maintenance clean and includes, wipe down of all horizontal surfaces, to include counters, bathtubs, and flooring. Our house is always kept very neat and clean, and there really wasn't much cleaning to do other than wiping dust/crumbs off vertical surfaces and vacuuming/cleaning the floors. Three cleaners arrived to clean, and we left the house while they all cleaned for 2.75 hours. The cleaners were very polite and respectful upon both arrival and departure. However, after they left and we were able to inspect the house more thoroughly, we were appalled at the level of cleaning performed for $330. Numerous sections of baseboards and windowsills were still dust covered, dresser tops were only wiped off on the sections with nothing on top (i.e lamps or alarm clocks were not dusted, and not moved so that they could be dusted underneath). Numerous pieces of furniture were not dusted at all. Sections of floor still had trash that had missed the wastebasket. Wastebaskets were not emptied. Sections of bathtubs and kitchen counters were not wiped at all as evidenced by easily visible soap scum on bath surround and large amounts of pollen from old flowers on the kitchen counter. A swifter wipe of one bathroom floor revealed a large amount hair that had been left. We ended up re-cleaning a significant proportion of the house ourselves. I know how long it takes to clean our house, and it really leaves me scratching my head trying to figure out how 3 professional cleaners could have spent almost 3 hours each in our, and cleaned as little as they did. When we contacted Deep Clean Atlanta about some of the issues, we were informed our concerns would be forwarded to the owner. After 3 plus days, we had not received a response. Instead, we received a bill via text that is payable only via Zelle, or Venmo. You also have the option to pay with PayPal for an additional 5% fee. As an added bonus, if payment is not received on the day the bill is received, you are charged an additional $50 fee. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend Deep Clean Atlanta under any circumstance. read more

Highly recommend Deep Clean Atlanta. They were very professional and friendly and got in all the nooks and crannies of our house. Heather is particularly familiar with old houses and was able to make some recommendations not just for cleaning products and processes (i.e., why you might not want to razor clean 100 year old windows), but also repair tips. They were on time and communicated clearly about the job, plus they pay a good living wage to their workers. Thumbs up all around! read more
