In response to Michael's comment, the other cleaning service, The Cleaning Authority, did a deep clean as well. It took them half the time and half the cost, and they did a better job. Of course I was being nice when I told Michael I was happy with the clean. It was fine. Not outstanding. But satisfactory. I even told his wife the things they missed. And they were never addressed. Which is fine. I am pretty laid back person until you accuse me of being a liar and threaten me. A service was provided for me and I am required to pay for that service. Which I did. And the first check I sent to Regal Maids was cashed. I even tried to schedule another clean after first hearing from Michael's wife that my check hadn't been received. I was going to continue to use their service. I never had the intention of not paying for the service I received. I sent them a check. The check was cashed. But not by them? Even if it was mailed to them? Ok, who was it cashed by? Can you wait to let my bank do an investigation to see? No. They would not wait they asked for another check. I could not get to my bank in time, so they threatened to put a lien on my house. So I went and paid in cash and had to cancel the second check my bank was sending them. So my experience was terrible. Especially since I found a company that did a better deep clean for half the price and in half the amount of time. I read the reviews on yelp before I used Regal Maids service. All of them were fantastic. However, my experience was not. Which is why I wrote a review. If other people disagree, they are more than allowed to. People form their own opinions about everything. And like Michael said "The reviews can speak for themselves." However, my experience was terrible and I found a different cleaning company who did a better job in half the amount of time and for half the price. Based on the previous reviews we called Regal Maid Service to come to our home and provide a quote. Regal Maid Service spent over 40 minutes evaluating our home and providing us a price quote to clean both upstairs and downstairs. When we came home and inspected their service we were extremely disappointed. We had one entire room not cleaned, stove and kitchen table hadn't been touched, master bedroom dresser not dusted, streaks on bathroom mirrors, and so on. We provided feedback and pictures to the owners and they asked if they could come back out and re-clean our home free of charge to gain our business. We decided to give them another opportunity. The next visit to our home they had a late revival. When we came home that evening the home was cleaned and met our expectations which we relayed to the Regal Maid Service. They responded by saying they needed to raise the price to clean our home by 30%!!!! Justification was they needed 30 more minutes to do the job right, versus what was originally estimated by the owner, who provided the quote to us. We elected to discontinue service with them. I would like to set the record straight on our home. We were only looking to have floors, bathrooms and surface dusting completed. We have everything picked up where cleaners don't have to spend much time. Sad to see this Regal Maids is more interested in making money than building relationships and growing their business! read more

What a disappointment. Unfortunately, after putting up with mediocre cleans for quite some time, and having to send several emails about missed areas in the home that should have been cleaned, scratches on my staircase from what appeared to be a vacuum dragged up my wooden staircase, and various other things, the last straw was when a large rather expensive picture somehow fell and was damaged during the clean. It is a canvas painting that is framed and the canvas is now separated from the frame and all they could say is the canvas isn't damaged. They obviously have no idea how much framing costs. They took no responsibility for it and only replied that it falls all the time to which I said, why wasn't I told? The tone was that dismissive and they did nothing wrong and took no responsibility. I recently recommended my parents use this service but now I have canceled both theirs and ours because it's unacceptable to break things and not accept any responsibility. I can't afford to keep them coming because of the cost in damages. Another downside is they only take checks which is an extremely antiquated way to do business. read more

I was desperate need of help with my house, I contacted Michael and his wife to get help and get my house back in order. I had them do a deep cleaning and I thought they did a wonderful job. Afterwards, they came back two more times and continued to keep my house in great order, clean and even folded my laundry. Being a single guy that was HUGE!!! We have been using Regal Maids since Fall 2015 and we love them. The owners are very friendly and the maids are very sweet and kind to my toddler. The only point of frustration is they are not always on time. They do an excellent job, are very thorough, and are decently priced. Would recommend them in a heartbeat. read more

Excellent service. I was worried at first because I have never used a cleaning service, but they were very professional and thorough. We were renting a 4/3 house with hardwoods and it was too much for me to clean by myself upon move-out. We called Regal Maid a few days before inspection and they sent a team of people over for a very fair price. They did such a terrific job that we got our whole security deposit back. The place looked great and smelled awesome, even after living there for a few years with dogs. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants a thorough cleaning at a reasonable price. read more

I ordered a deep cleaning and I was home when they came to clean. They did a decent job on the second floor of my house, I stepped out when they started working on the first floor and by the time I returned later they were done. They did not do a good job on the first floor. The furniture was not dusted, there were cob webs left out, the kitchen counter was not cleaned. Not worth the money I paid for the deep cleaning. read more
