The first time, she made a plan to declutter and organize the main spaces in my home, and she helped me clear out a ton of junk, as well as designing a system for storage. She was kind and supportive while we went through my things, understanding the nostalgia attached to the most ridiculous items, while gently guiding me to get rid of things that were broken or outdated or unused. Sasha has a great network of contractors and was able to arrange for a handyman to take care of minor issues throughout the condo. I work remotely for a company that had an 11k square foot building that required several cleanings in the final weeks as interior renovations were finishing. I also needed a company that was willing to assist unpacking boxes and helping with "house" set-up, putting items away in rooms, cabinets, drawers. In addition, we needed wash/dry/fold of a large quantity of new bed sheets, bath towels and making up of the beds. Lenora and Herschell were both so wonderful to work with - very personable, professional, punctual and flexible.
