But reducing her to just an organizer would be missing the point entirely. Nancy first came to our home when my wife was juggling too many projects at once and feeling frustrated by the lack of progress. I sure as hell wasn't going to be the one to make sense of it all. Enter Nancy. She didn't just tidy up--she reimagined our space. First, she tackled the office in a way we never would have considered. Then the kitchen. Then the closet. By the time she was done, she probably knew where everything was in our house better than we did. But that was just the warm-up. Fast forward to our international move. The smartest decision we made? Bringing Nancy in to quarterback the whole thing. She handled everything--coordinating realtors, hiring movers, clearing out what we weren't taking--while somehow making an overwhelming process feel completely manageable. But Nancy's real superpower isn't just her ability to organize. It's the confidence she instills in everyone around her. She's unshakable. this was one of the worst cleanings I've ever received at my home in the past 15 years. I do not…read morefeel like it was the Cleaner's fault. I feel like it's more of the direction from her manager or management.. They initially start the cleaning with photos, but it's very telling that the photos are in their favor so that it looks well however, when you dive deep into the cleaning, it's not cleaned.. the products use were from the dollar tree so therefore their water down and did not last. My guest found trash in their bed after being made up mirrors were not clean corners of each room we're not clean, but it had dust and dirt cabinets were not cleaned in the bathroom not even dusted on the outside. Mirrors were not cleaned in the bedrooms under the bed, was not dusted or swept in their hardwood floors in the master trash is found in the bed in my guest bedroom as my guest slept. There are complete stains and clutter in the kitchen area no appliances were wiped down and the microwave was not cleaned out as it was supposed to as well as dusting of the shelves was not completed. I end up having to complete the house cleanup on my own after leaving the hospital when I called back and showed pictures of the actual footage versus with my Cleaner hat taken, I was told that they could come back and do what was missed, which was the majority of my house, including my sticky heart with floors throughout every single room because the mop was not changed from the restroom to the regular floors, so it left a residue and almost like a toilet like smell. When I called back, I was told that I would have to pay for an additional cleaning and for an additional person to come out however, when we spoke over the phone, I was told by Miss Terry that two people would come out and that she had called me to apologize, letting me know that one person was stuck in the rain, but they will be there as soon as possible however, when I asked for the two cleaners to come back and re-clean my home I was told that there will be a another hundred dollar 50 charge this is absolutely ridiculous and I think that it's a fraud as well as a scam. I will be going back to pretty girls clean too llcI never should have stepped out of there company at all, no matter the charge.

They also have a 10% off Teacher discount, but again, they're not putting that on top of the 25% off sale. Nonetheless. I found a few things that were worth getting for the markdown price, which was usually more than 25%. Everyone at the store was very helpful, very professional. I definitely like coming here when I need very specific storage items because they have everything. I will say they are on the pricier side so check Amazon and Target if you are on a budget because they may have the same thing or something similar for a cheaper price. But there are just some things that you can only find at The Container Store.

I spent almost $10,000 on 4 closets that are incorrect and not installed and no one has contacted…read moreme to get this situation rectified. I worked with Alyssa Gerald on 3 reach-in closets and my primary walk-in closet. She incorrectly took the measurements. I self-installed the 3 reach-in closets and wondered by the materials didn't fit perfectly but I made them work. On Tuesday, Nov. 26, the contractor came to install my primary walk-in closet and let me know that the measurements were incorrect and that he couldn't continue the installation. I called the installation service, the Store, and Alyssa and was told that the store manager would address my concern--I still haven't received a call, email, or text. Alyssa called me to tell me that her "tool didn't calibrate the measurements correctly" and they'll redesign the closet free of charge. I asked for more of a discount because my other 3 closets were also incorrect and I had planned to have my closets completed by thanksgiving and this is an inconvenience that no one is treating as urgent when I've spent almost $10k. She said her manager would get in contact with me directly--I still haven't been contacted. If I'm not contacted by Monday, I'll be looking into taking legal action because I've spent too much money to be ignored and to have the agreement I signed breached by TCS.
