I scheduled the service online and received an email confirmation confirming the service date shortly after with instructions to leave the bins out and keep them empty following our regular trash service. The booking process was very easy. Service was performed as scheduled. The bins are now sparkling clean! Before the cleaning they were attracting gnats and stinking up our garage. There was even an issue with some discoloration in my grout (of which I was already aware of and forgot to mention to her not to worry about it) and she talked to me about it instead of pretending like nothing was wrong. I appreciated her honesty. Everything was cleaned well and my condo feels like home for the first time since I moved here in November. The only thing I noticed after a few days was there was still some dust on my ceiling fan, I do believe that light fixtures were included.
