I absolutely love Rustic Market! They are my go-to for gifts and for treating myself. :) The layout is perfect - you're able to make your way through the entire store with ease. The displays always look great, they make it easy to find whatever it is that you're looking for (and then some!) They've always got plenty of everything on-hand/in stock and are extremely well organized. The sales team members are always around to help and are super friendly and approachable. The store manager, Audrey, rocks - and the owner, Debbie, is absolutely awesome! She has put together a one-of-a-kind boutique and runs it fantastically. So let me start by saying they have clothes that are very nice and different. It is an actual boutique. This is where it ends. I went to this location because a friend continuously talks about how great it is and she is always very pretty. If the clothes could talk, I am sure they'd have a lot to say. The customer service in this location is absolutely horrible. It is blatantly obvious who they prefer to shop here as I have had a few black females enter this location to be all but completely ignored. Now remember this is a boutique and not a large department store. The ladies who work in this location literally ignored each person who came there to shop but as soon as another race walked in the hello's, welcomes, may I help you opening lines seem to be in abundance... This has been tested a few times now and it is sad. I would have loved to give this location 5 stars but management really needs to speak with their customer service workers on how to provide service to everyone and not just who they prefer. This place is awesome but make sure you go with your wife even if you're not into the decor stuff. If you don't go with her, she will drain the account to zero. My wife instantly transformed into Joanna Gaines when she crossed the threshold of the door making everything in the entire store an absolute necessity for our home; if I wouldn't have been there I'm pretty sure a 2nd mortgage would have been taken out on our home. Men, word of advice; go with your wife and refocus her energy onto a nice set of modern farmhouse hand towels after she walks around the entire store for an hour. This will fill her farmhouse purchasing needs while saving the refinancing charges for the 2nd mortgage. read more

Such and adorable store! Very rustic chic home decor. But it didn't stop there. They had holiday decorations that would correlate with any rustic styled home. Fall and Christmas were already on display. They also had a selection of bath bombs, jewelry and clothing. I wasn't in a shopping mood just wanted to pop in. The owner and associates were very nice and helpful. I joked with them I'd need my husband's go ahead before I could come back. Just kidding. Just needed to have more time. I have been shopping here since they opened and have always loved their selections and shopping environment. However, I recently received a gift from here that didn't fit. I had a gift receipt and attempted to exchange it at the first opportunity I had. Due to COVID I limit my exposure to public places so it was on the 31st day following the gift purchase. I was rather rudely informed by the employee that due to policy no returns or exchanges would be permitted on this item. The item of clothing is still hanging on the rack for sale. I requested they make an exception in this case as I simply wanted to exchange for a similar item of similar price. I was denied the opportunity to do this and I'm faced with owning an item of clothing that I cannot wear. The gift receipt does not contain any information about date limitations or restrictions. This is a ridiculous and restrictive policy particularly given the current environment and knowing how retail businesses are struggling. You have lost a long time loyal and very good customer. I can buy most of the boutique clothing that you offer online for the same or lower prices. So much for shopping local. read more

By far my favorite place to buy clothing! I've grown to dislike most other clothing stores because their quality and style never quite add up to what they provide at rustic market. The staff is very polite and while prices are a little on the pricy side, you're getting what you pay for. Rustic market is worth a visit! read more
