This has to be one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a company. I needed a empty house surface cleaned the next day for home selling purposes. House was completely empty and basically just needed dusted and windows cleaned. I called Damas and immediately the owner gives me the hard sale and when he asked what I expected to pay and I told him what price I normally paid he told me those cleaners were only pretending to clean for that price and that his company was way above that level. He actually went and saw the house before the quote so there was no surprises on his end. He gave me a range of $300-350 which seemed high for an empty house which wasn't that big. I thought price was high and got a bad feeling from him but he did tell me he could do tomorrow and even though I didn't need the best cleaning ever I was fine paying more so was done the next day and didn't have to worry about it and call other companies. I was not at house when cleaned and I told him I would pay him later that day when I looked it over. He called me multiple times that day after done as if he thought I was going to screw him, which seemed kind of insulting. Of course he quoted the $350 price even though I knew from pictures he crew was there at the most 2 hours. When I got to house I was pretty shocked that the cleaning his crew did was basically the pretend to clean surface level job he was saying that other companies do. Windows weren't even done when I told him that was the most important part. I told him I would pay the $300 which he agreed to since he knew the $50 inflated price was garbage but I did mention that his crew did an extremely mediocre job. About 20 minutes later he shows up unannounced with another guy and proceeds to try and intimidate me and try to tell me how great a job his crew did. Considering the windows still were really dirty and there was literally still old gum residue on the steps it was pretty obvious they didn't really clean it that well. He proceeded to tell me I lied to him because I said house was empty and he mentioned there was literally one bag on a counter. Also, he said the residue on the steps was put there by a contractor in the 2 hours between when his crew left and we were there, it literally was obviously years old hard residue you could pick off with your nail. He then asked me where I was from and when I told him Atlanta, he told me i was lying. I guess he only thinks people who act Southern are from Atlanta. He made some other accusations of me lying. Which was even more bizarre since I had already paid him. I literally just told him his crew did a bad job so he could be aware that his crew was not performing to the level he seemed to sell his company out. He was extremely loud and got uncomfortably close as to try and physically intimidate me. I guess he thought I would back down and just give in since not really worth arguing about it but I told him to leave me alone and I was going to write a review about it. He started to get even madder and hope to intimidate me not to review him but that is not how I am, so here is the review he deserves. read more

They came and did a deep cleaning of my house and it was needed. They have been coming once a month and I love when they come. The house doesn't smell like bleach when they leave. They are able to work around me even though I work from home, and it doesn't disrupt anything. I would highly recommend. read more

We contacted several companies to get a quote to clean our home. It was very dusty and down right filthy. We have 2 big hairy dogs that they worked around, and my wife is handicapped and not able to do much. We had 1 company quote $900.00, another gave me a price over the phone, I hired them, and they came out and then said they had not allocated enough time to do a good job, and that it would cost more than quoted. We called Damas Cleaning, they came out and quoted me a price and were able to squeeze us into their schedule the next day. They did a knock out job at a very reasonable price. We have asked to be put on a monthly schedule for upkeeping our home. VERY pleased by the job, their attitude and the quality of the work. Can't say enough about the quality of work.
