I found their company through an extensive online search in August 2020, including Yelp, as I had a unique cleaning situation. I work remotely for a company that had an 11k square foot building that required several cleanings in the final weeks as interior renovations were finishing. I also needed a company that was willing to assist unpacking boxes and helping with "house" set-up, putting items away in rooms, cabinets, drawers. In addition, we needed wash/dry/fold of a large quantity of new bed sheets, bath towels and making up of the beds. Lenora and Herschell were both so wonderful to work with - very personable, professional, punctual and flexible. Lenora is highly organized and and along with Herschell, take personal pride in the work their team performs. They took great care to be sure the facility looked perfect for a scheduled photo & video shot. Plus, the entire team managed this project so graciously while following COVID-19 procedures. Very poor experience - I do not recommend. I've used this cleaning company monthly for almost three…read moreyears, and until recently I was a happy customer. That changed after a recent visit where a substitute crew member (not my regular cleaner) was sent to my home without notice, even after I emailed that morning to confirm my usual crew. I let the crew know I'd be leaving during the cleaning and asked them to leave through the back door (which is deadbolt only and impossible to lock from outside). Note: I've done many times before without issue. Instead, they locked both the back door and the front door, including the knob on my keyless entry front door, which should never be locked. I came home to find myself completely locked out during triple-digit heat. I waited 45 minutes for a locksmith and paid $120 out of pocket, and my front door was scratched during entry. While I was home, an expensive bottle of facial product was also broken during the visit. After a few email exchanges with the company where they did not seem to care about the customer experience, I asked for the issue to be escalated to management. I received a reply though it's unclear whether it actually came from someone in a management role. The company denied any responsibility for the locksmith cost and the broken facial product. Overall, there was no real customer service effort to make things right. I wanted to leave an honest review because three years of loyalty should count for something when something goes wrong. Be cautious when considering this company. if you're not going to be home, confirm exactly who is coming, and don't assume your usual crew will show up. Take pictures of anything out of the ordinary or broken since the company will not take the customers word.

The cleaner that came was very polite and worked really hard to sanitize and deep clean my tub/shower specifically (I moved in to a condo and wanted a deep cleaning of those two spots specifically because I had already cleaned everything prior to me moving in. She did a wonderful job but I did find a few spots in shower (the tracking and the top) that were missed. I cleaned them after no biggie. She cleaned the rest of the condo well as much as she could (I still have boxes and bins all over Lol) but took a little longer than I thought she would. Again, not a big deal. I suggested that she get a wagon or cart for next time because she was carrying all of her items and couldn't take out all of my trash. Overall, I would hire someone from Maid to Glow again.

I think at the end, if they want to blow off clients at least be professional about it and let us know the obstacles, can't do the large windows? any potential hiccup let us know. If they can't do 1x a month and prefer clients for more than that. Let us know. If there is a schedule conflict and there is a different date, let us know and we can work around. If there is a family issue or something going on, let us know. I have been calling , texting and no reply. The lack of communication and follow through is discerning.
