Very poor experience - I do not recommend. I've used this cleaning company monthly for almost three…read moreyears, and until recently I was a happy customer. That changed after a recent visit where a substitute crew member (not my regular cleaner) was sent to my home without notice, even after I emailed that morning to confirm my usual crew. I let the crew know I'd be leaving during the cleaning and asked them to leave through the back door (which is deadbolt only and impossible to lock from outside). Note: I've done many times before without issue. Instead, they locked both the back door and the front door, including the knob on my keyless entry front door, which should never be locked. I came home to find myself completely locked out during triple-digit heat. I waited 45 minutes for a locksmith and paid $120 out of pocket, and my front door was scratched during entry. While I was home, an expensive bottle of facial product was also broken during the visit. After a few email exchanges with the company where they did not seem to care about the customer experience, I asked for the issue to be escalated to management. I received a reply though it's unclear whether it actually came from someone in a management role. The company denied any responsibility for the locksmith cost and the broken facial product. Overall, there was no real customer service effort to make things right. I wanted to leave an honest review because three years of loyalty should count for something when something goes wrong. Be cautious when considering this company. if you're not going to be home, confirm exactly who is coming, and don't assume your usual crew will show up. Take pictures of anything out of the ordinary or broken since the company will not take the customers word.

She and her partner arrived in the morning for a deep clean and worked very efficiently and quickly. They left a few hours later- deep clean was very involved- and the house was SPOTLESS! The cost of the deep clean was as advertised. I highly recommend using My Star Maid for anyone in the area looking for a Stella cleaning service.

They are considerate of my work from home schedule, and will adjust what zone they are cleaning to accommodate me. Leo cleans our home and is always very hardworking and friendly. I would definitely recommend this company. We have used them for several months now, and are increasingly impressed. Also, they use appropriate/proper cleaning supplies. In the past we had hired cleaners that used abrasive rags or inappropriate chemicals on our counters or stainless steel. Success Cleaning uses the proper products and bring their own vacuums/supplies. That might sound simple and expected, but it's often not the case with other companies. We've never had anything broken with these guys. We appreciate the care and attention they give to make sure our property is treated well.

I guess they just don't do them as well in the standard cleaning package.

I've been having a terrible month and finally made the decision to invest in a full cleaning, and it made such a difference in my mental health. Compared to other Atlanta cleaning companies I looked into, Ansley has exceptionally reasonable prices and are great to communicate with. Keri was punctual, thorough, and very sweet. I have a very furry cat, so the fact that it's now been four days and I am seeing very little fur on my tables or litter on my floor is the highest compliment I can give her! Unfortunately, I don't know if professional cleanings are a cost I can justify on a monthly basis, but this experience has certainly put Ansley on the list of ways to treat myself when life gets really stressful.

DO NOT BOOK THIS CLEANING COMPANY. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND LOOK ELSEWHERE…read more I paid $275 for what was supposed to be a deep clean, and I can honestly say it was one of the most disappointing experiences I have ever had with a cleaning service. The reason we booked this service in the first place was because work had been done inside our apartment, leaving behind dirt and dust that needed a proper deep clean. Our apartment is not even that large, so I expected the job to be fairly straightforward. The cleaner came in and cleaned the windows and supposedly took care of the fans and other areas. However, one of the biggest and most important parts of a deep clean is THE FLOORS. When I walked in, I immediately noticed that the floors had not been properly cleaned. I know my floors, and I could visibly see dirt still sitting on them. I tried to be patient and respectful, but the more I walked around, the more I noticed. I checked the bathroom, specifically an area I knew had accumulated the most dirt and dust from the work being done. It looked exactly the same as it had before she arrived. When I pointed this out, she got down on the floor and acknowledged that she had missed it. However, as I continued inspecting the rest of the apartment, it became increasingly obvious that the floors had not been swept or mopped properly at all. She explained that what I was seeing was paint that kept falling onto the floor. I genuinely did not understand that explanation because the dirt was clearly still there. She then began spot cleaning, and eventually, when I thought things were at least somewhat decent, I told her she could leave. I was already extremely disappointed, but I did not want to be difficult or disrespectful. Unfortunately, it got worse. As I continued inspecting the apartment, I became horrified by how much had actually been left untouched. It made me question what else I might have been told was cleaned but had not actually been done. And here is the part that makes this experience even more frustrating: A few days later, I decided to clean the floors myself. EVERYTHING that I had been told would not come off came off. It took nothing more than a simple sweep and mop. The dirt came right up. I cannot believe I paid $275 for a deep clean and ended up having to clean one of the most important parts of the apartment myself. I did not even initially ask for a refund. I was respectful throughout the entire interaction and simply asked if someone could come back to properly clean the floors, which was the main thing I wanted addressed. After all of this, I was only offered a small partial refund. This was not the level of service I paid for, and it was certainly not what I expected when hiring a professional cleaning company. A deep clean should mean the entire space is actually cleaned, not just the areas that are immediately visible. I gave this company the opportunity to make things right, and I am still extremely disappointed with the outcome. Based on my personal experience, I would absolutely not book this service again. Please do your research and consider other options before spending your money here.
