Recently, I had a pen that busted and leaked blue ink discoloring the pocket and front of a white lab coat. The stain was the size of my hand. I dropped it off expecting to buy another coat. When I returned to pick the coat up the stain was gone and the coat looked new again. The manager knows many of his customers by name and greets each of them. I have been to other dry cleaners and the outcomes have been less than desirable. I have had garments returned torn, burnt, and with broken buttons. The mangers at the other places, for the most part, have not been receptive to compensating me for damage they have wrought. There has only been one event where I needed something redone at this dry cleaner. It was not that big of a deal except I work in a public setting and my attire cannot be rumpled or stained. I took it back and pointed out the infraction. There was no resistance. He apologized and redid the item. That was good customer service. I plan to be a return customer for quite some time. 39/100

After reading a few reviews, I decided to run over to Duke's on a Saturday afternoon. 1st impression was great. Place looked and smelled clean. There was a fantastic lady who waited on me. Awesome customer service, weighed the laundry, she wrote down my requests (no perfumes/dyes...small allergy) and she gave me a total. She asked if I wanted to pick them up later. Paid it and was on my way in about 15min. Crazy fast and efficient. I returned Sunday to pick up my clothes and there they were waiting on me, washed...folded...in bag with my name on it. I have seen more traffic when the both of them are working. Yes she has 3 children but when you come to the laundry you can't tell that children are there. She is doing what she has too as a mother so that shouldn't have been something that was broadcast on this google review. Shy and Nene both deserve a raise because they work hard though it's just a laundry. I don't appreciate that review. I don't think I would continue to come if they decided to leave. I think I speak for others as well. Thank you Shy and Nene for all you do and keep up the good work!
