Today, I visited the coin laundry, and for the most part, it had the necessary accommodations to get the job done. The clothes came out somewhat clean. I washed my whites to check if the machines were working well. However, I did have an issue with the attendant. He was rude and thought customers should bow down to him when asking questions. When I tried to buy a bag of chips, he told me to wait by the counter like a five-year-old. Because of this experience, I'm giving the place two stars. This laundry mat was beyond clean! I love the fact that I didn't have to bring a ton of quarters to do my laundry! The only thing was make sure you bring detergent & liquid softener because the dispenser wasn't working and thank goodness family dollar was in the same shopping area. They even have an app so you can use your debit card! The convenience is real here!! read more

It has been YEARS since I've been to a laundromat/wash house. I had some comforters and clothes to wash and didn't want to spend all day at home washing so I did some research and made my way here. NO REGRETS - got here early round 9am. The shop is CLEAN and the attendant is so helpful with a matching beautiful personality. She is great! I used 4 washers which took about 25mins and 5 dryers which took between 21-28mins. Andddddd after loading the machines everything else was done via a app they have I truly will come back here again one day. read more

This would have had a 5 star if people did not hog all the dryers without washing their items at the location. It messes the flow when there is a large group of customers in sync washing their clothes about the same time expecting a dryer to be available at the end. Especially bad when someone comes in off the street and takes 4 large capacity dryers and ties those dryers up for over an hour. Other than that, I enjoy coming here. read more

What a nice laundromat! It is very bright and clean. The machines are new and computerized. You can pay with your credit card at a kiosk. I used their drop off service and a Frank the owner helped me out. He is very friendly and wants repeat business so he makes sure the service is on point. Dropped of at 9:00 AM and it was ready at 6:00 PM. Everything was either hung up or neatly folded. I am very happy. But most importantly, my wife will be ecstatic! read more

I've come to this location multiple times since corona and this is by far the worst experience I've had there. When I came in, the lady that oversees the night operations looked dead at me and watched where I was loading my clothes. After loading and paying for my 3 loads, I sat next to them as they were washed. 2 loads were fine but the 3rd load did not go through the spin cycle to wring out the soaking wet clothes. I told the lady and she said "we've been having issues with those washers that's why we tell people not to use them" yet she didn't say a thing to me as she watched me enter the establishment, load my clothes, walk past her to pay at the kiosk, or even when I walked past her again to sit down. She offered no kind of solution to my problem at all despite knowing the machines were faulty. Then I tried to pay at the kiosk to dry my clothes (the kiosk I used earlier) and the machine says there is no WiFi, meaning it won't let me pay, meaning I couldn't dry my clothes. I told her about the issue and she has the audacity to tell me "maybe it's your card. Try another". Thankfully a complete stranger was there and offered me some quarters to get my stuff dried, but the lady who oversees stuff here didn't try to do a thing to help. She wouldn't even look at the kiosk to try and troubleshoot the issue. Worse experience I've ever had at this place and the lady overseeing the night operations was no help at all. read more

So every so often, I have to head to laundry mat to get caught up in backed up laundry or to wash our comforter sets... If you are in the Gwinnett area, right off of pleasant hill rd... Please use this laundry mat... it is open 24 hours... the machines are set up to a system that you can use your credit card and dollar bills to prevent you from having to put each coin in and he even offers a transportation service free of charge if you need a ride to his location to do your laundry... Frank is amazing...very rarely am I impressed with a business by the level of service he offers is amazing... read more

When I first moved here I needed a place to wash. I wandered around town and found this location. Not only is it very close to where I live, usually quiet, open 24 hours a day, and very clean. But the owner is exceptionally nice. I met the owner Frank on my second visit and he was soo kind. He said if I ever needed anything to call his number above the door. One day I was in here washing and a woman put in a very large bill. It cleaned the change machine out. I had noticed a couple who had walked over here and the man went from place to place asking for change. I guess he got turned down because they were packing up to leave. I ended up getting brave to call Mr. Frank. He said. Sit tight I will be there in a minute. In the middle of the day on a Sunday Mr. Frank dropped what he was doing to come and help us. I was grateful. I think the couple was as well. I've decided that for as long as I am in this community, this will be the Only place that I patronize. read more

Always clean - floors, tables, machines, bathrooms. At least one staff person is usually there always cleaning and making sure! Air conditioned!! High speed wi-fi!!! Most places around here are not any of those things. Very nice atmosphere. There are lots of places out there but this is the best!! read more

My dryer broke at home. Had to find a laundromat. Searched on yelp and found this one. Had my skeptics about it being clean, came here and it is absolutely clean. Love the different sizes for washing machines and dryers. Also love the fact that you can pay via credit card. Like I said it is the cleanest laundromat I have ever been to, and fortunately I do not have to go to often to laundromats. Had a slight issue, had to call Frank, he answered the phone immediately . I would definitely recommend this laundromat to my friends, and should I ever need one again, I will definitely come back. read more

I used to like this place, isit kept pretty clean and they have equipment that lets you pay via an app... Plus, I like to get all my laundry done all at once. First couple times everything was great. One time I had a machine backfire on me and I had so wash the load again. This time THREE MACHINES FAILED!!! 15 and 18 didn't even get my clothes wet, 20 took my money and didn't start, I stupidly tried it again and it still didn't work. So I had to unload each of the machines, load my clothes into other machines, pay again and pray that water would actually saturate my clothes. So I'm out $10.50 and have to wait another 30 minutes in the laundry mat. There is no phone number to call to try to recover my money and nobody here looks like they work here. So my only option is take the loss, spread the word, and find another laundromat. read more
