I must say this was one of thee best laundry mat experiences I've had in a long time. Let me share my review: I currently have awesome house keepers but they don't do laundry which really sucks because that's my biggest downfall being a busy working mom. Needless to say I racked up on like 6/7 loads of laundry and it was just getting unbearable. When I lived down town I had tide service but I couldn't find anything similar in Gwinnett. So I went to yelp and saw they had pretty great reviews and wasn't too far out. When you arrive - it's a tight parking lot. Most of the spots are usually full if you don't get there early. They open at 7am so try to get there early as I went mid day on a Sunday. My intentions were to wash my clothes in the large washers but discovered they had a wash dry and fold service. At this Point I didn't care the pricing as long as those clothes were clean! The service was wonderful. Michelle walked me through everything and showed the pricing, pick up etc. for their services. Clothes are weighed @ $1.90 a lb and I had 40 lbs. yes I know! Lol I was told it was a 3-5 day turn around and I received text notifications of my progress and when the clothes were ready. Michelle cleaned them very quickly and they smelled and looked so good. I will definitely use this service again! Looking forward to it and highly recommend. read more

It came to the same location a few months ago had the worst experience ever the lady that was there this Sunday night she told me that I couldn't dry my clothes and that it was for people who washed there but the machines clearly have credit card payments and have coin payments for paying customers who want to dry their clothes she refused my service she threatened to call the police on me called the police on me try to have me trespass from the property this​ was one of the worst experience ever ​ lied on me in front of the police got irate and angry I asked for her corporate number she told me that I can get the number off the bathroom and call that number then told me I can Google it she was just not helpful at all I would never visit this place again and I don't recommend anyone else to I'm also seeking legal help for this situation for the experience that I had feeling that I was profiled I told her that the whole world would see this video and she told me that she doesn't care she's the owner of this business​ I will post the video soon so the real owners can see how this is a problem read more

Unfortunately, I cannot give a higher rating as they were unable to assist me at all. I brought some clothing in to be dry-cleaned as they mention that they offer this service on Yelp / Google as well as on their sign posted outside the business. However, they ignored me when i walked in and went up to the counter to leave my garments. Eventually, I was able to locate the staff who were folding laundry elsewhere and completely ignoring me at which point they stated that they "no longer offer dry cleaning". Excuse me? You have a huge sign outside that says "Dry Cleaning" and you didn't think to update it? They showed a complete lack of respect by their actions and I'm glad I didn't end up doing business with them. The silver lining however is that I found a friendly family-owned dry cleaner down the street (Zams) who were very happy to have a new customer. read more

First, let me give credit where credit is due: Pros: -the laundry was well done. - The pick up person I did meet was very sweet and polite. I loved when he rang the door bell to let me know he was there. That was a recent change. Cons: -pick up dates got mixed up a few times. -my laundry would sit out in a public area all day where it could be stolen. Pickup time was between 8 am and 5 pm. I was not regularly notified when they were coming or leaving. I missed pickups and was charged $15 because I didn't want my clothes stolen. To adjust to this schedule I started leaving my clothes outside my door overnight so I could sleep. - At this point I'm under the impression that they are a bit confused, but ultimately do a good job. -Knowing I wouldn't have money in my account on one of my earlier pickups, I tried to get in touch with someone at Puravida to let them know that I would have money soon, but not that day. I was unable to get someone on the phone. So, I went in person to their location. No one was there and none of the customers could direct me to an employee. The written communications seemed to be copy paste preset bots. I figured they would tell me if it was a problem. I was wrong. I got to find out I was wrong when they refused to return my laundry. I did not get a warning that would happen. My laundry just never arrived. I had to reach out to them to find out what happened and why. THEN I was informed that until payment went through, I would not get my laundry. I wish that I had been informed beforehand so I could have been prepared to be without my laundry for as long as I was, but honestly fair enough if it is clearly communicated as a consequence from the first time a payment is delayed. My issue is that was the FIRST time I was made aware that late really wasn't okay and it was done passive aggressively rather than with direct communication. I probably accidentally pissed them off more when I deposited the money needed for the laundry , told them it was there, they waited to process the transaction and by the time they processed it, the money was no longer there. Should I be more on top of my finances? Yes. That's why I started a second job a week before the shit show. Unfortunately, applications take time as does the first pay check. - They canceled my service. Fair enough. No money, no service and this time my laundry wasn't held hostage. Live and let live. EXCEPT: for the very FIRST time I was told that they don't do laundry that has cat pee on it and this was the ONLY reason my account was being suspended for the safety of the employees. My very first batch of laundry had been peed on by my cats months ago and I had never heard a peep about it until this Tuesday May 26th. Why wasn't I told from the beginning? I am beyond mortified that I have been making hard working folks do something that nasty when it isn't part of their job and it's dangerous. As I sat on this new information I realized that I had texted before pickup that my cats had peed on the pura vida bag, so it had been picked up, laundered, held hostage over the weekend then returned without me having heard a peep about cat pee being a problem. Are you kidding me? Am I dumbass for not knowing better? Yes. Would I have made changes had someone held a conversation with me the FIRST time. You betcha! - I was shocked. Not that they wouldn't work with me anymore (we were on the same page there) but that I was hearing for the first time that I had been collecting strikes as a customer and I only found out when they decided to take action. What was their response when I told them these things? That they had told me(so they lied to me), that I had responded to them telling me (so they lied about me to me), gave me the correct number so I could talk on the phone to the person who just lied to me about documented exchanges. Yeah... a phone call without anything recorded or written down with someone who has no interest in retaining my business... sounds super productive. -In short: This is the first time I ever tried a service like this. Knowing I am a dumbass, I attempted to reach out to an individual. I could not reach anyone and took aloof silence as things being okay. Therefore I remained blissfully unaware of how much of a dumbass I was being until my clothes were passive aggressively held hostage, and my service was terminated for a reason I had never ever heard of before the termination. Was I great customer? Hell no! I completely see why they are pissed and don't want to deal with me anymore now that they actually told me. Would I have done things differently had I had a conversation with someone the first time I did something wrong? Hell yes! And THAT is my main point. read more

I'm a little embarrassed to admit that I'm not used to using a public laundry facility, and this place helped ease all of my worries and anxieties! The staff is super nice and the establishment is SO clean! I really appreciate that because I'm actually a germaphobe. The dryers work very well and I paid about $12 for two loads of laundry washing and drying. Nice seating area and free WiFi. I'll definitely come back for emergencies! The Parking lot is little small, so be prepared for that. read more

If you're looking for a clean and comfortable place to do your laundry, this is it. I've been here twice since my kitchen and laundry room are being remodeled. They have 3 different sized washers prices at $2.75, $4.75 and $6.75 and the cycles run 24 minutes. The dryers are $1.25 for 28 minutes. You can use coins or credit cards. There are bill changer and coin machines. What I like the most is that you can choose the heat on the dryer which isn't always the case at laundromats. The heat is usually set to "hell" and that's it. So it's nice to choose from 3 temps. The opener, Lori, is super friendly and helpful. There's a nice area to sit and wait with high top tables and bar stools, desks with chairs and iPads or bean bags. There's also free WiFi. Yay! I may not be back regularly for laundry but I will be back to do comforters and big loads of towels after guests. read more

However, I chose this location and do not regret it one bit. It's a very clean facility with excellent working machines. There are attendants during business hours(8am-8pm) that offer dry cleaning, wash and fold, pick up and delivery, and are there to help with any questions. If I were strapped for time I would have used the services offered. If you have little ones, there's an area with a tv and tablets to keep them busy. Had a issue with the card payment not printing out a receipt. My boyfriend asked the worker why was the machine not printing out she mean mugged him an said it was working this morning . she then told him he had to put his card back which made him have to put more money on the card(which we didn't need) He asked her to check in the back she didn't want to do it and had a attitude walking to the back once in the back the paper started to come out which had a lot of number on it. Washing/Folding laundry has to be one of my most time consuming chores for me. When my husband found Pura Vida and we tried it out, it was like all my prayers had bee answered!! Right down to how your laundry is separately packed, neatly folded, socks are all matched, bags are intuitively separated by family member...and oh my clothes smell so good!! I didnt know I could have a favorite laundry place. But before I got my washer and dryer this was the place I went. As far as laundromats go, Pura Vida is small but I think that's why I like it. It's small and clean. And they have real wifi that works and is accessible. Their bathrooms are really clean. They have a great staff and my clothes wash for great prices. On your 10th wash you get a free wash. They even do delivery laundry, if you dont want to wash it yourself. You can drop it off and pick it up and they use YOUR supplies. read more

Love this place! Machines are so nice and they have HUGE Huebsch washers that will hold many comforters. Ahh, such a time saver! They play great music, offer free Wifi, and have comfortable seating. I love bringing my family's bulky bedding here because in less than 1 hour, it's done! VERY nice staff. All machines take credit cards, which is nice and they also have bill changers, of course. Pricing - Largest Washer $6.75 (holds about 6 large blankets) Medium is $4.75, hold about 4 blankets Small is $2.75 and is twice the size of a standard home washer. I discovered this place when my son got sick and I didn't want to have to take him with me to a laundromat to clean my queen size comforter. They came and picked up my comforter, cleaned it and brought back the same day. At no extra charge! I even tried to tip and was told all they asked for was good referrals! YOU GOT IT! I've been back several times for comforters and recently while my dryer was out of commission I brought in some sheets, towels, etc. for wash and fold.
