Needless to say I racked up on like 6/7 loads of laundry and it was just getting unbearable. When I lived down town I had tide service but I couldn't find anything similar in Gwinnett. So I went to yelp and saw they had pretty great reviews and wasn't too far out. When you arrive - it's a tight parking lot. Most of the spots are usually full if you don't get there early. They open at 7am so try to get there early as I went mid day on a Sunday. My intentions were to wash my clothes in the large washers but discovered they had a wash dry and fold service. At this Point I didn't care the pricing as long as those clothes were clean! The service was wonderful. Michelle walked me through everything and showed the pricing, pick up etc. for their services. Clothes are weighed @ $1.90 a lb and I had 40 lbs. yes I know! Lol I was told it was a 3-5 day turn around and I received text notifications of my progress and when the clothes were ready. Michelle cleaned them very quickly and they smelled and looked so good. I will definitely use this service again! Looking forward to it and highly recommend.

He had made great relationships with his customers and takes care of everyone. He knows many by name. In just a short time of coming there I've seen how consistent he is with the patrons and he really cares. It's really nice. I use the facilities but also the wash and fold services. First time I did a drop off and it was just for one small load so $22. This time for 2 loads with pickup included cam to about $58 still not too bad. They follow instructions, fold clothes beautifully and are organized. It's a wide range for pickup and drop off (4hrs) that's the only concern I have because I don't want my items outside for long extended time but it is nice because they text when they are on the way, give and ETA and take a photo of your items. This was nice. Finally, the facilities you can pay using the app or just Apple Pay with the QR code in the machine. They range with the washer size $5.25-$10.25 I believe. They offer FREE DRYERS! I went there because I saw the sign. I really like it because there are big name wash and fold services but may people say things get lost or mixed up or they over charge. This place is so personalized and cares about the community I don't and hope that wouldn't ever be an issue. I must say I am pleased thus far.

It's as simple as can be: they pick up your laundry at the specified location during a window of time that you prearrange, and then they drop it off the next day, clean, neatly folded, and bagged to keep it dry and fresh. It's all done through a very convenient and intuitive app. The staff is accessible, friendly, and SOOOO accommodating. I've done laundry myself at the Tropical Breeze Laundromat in Decatur a number of times and it's always a positive experience. Thanks to the crew there who exude kindness and helpfulness everyday. Yes they did if fact they stated they even place their own detergent in there. I wasted 16 bucks on a water wash. The dry is best used 8 minutes wait till it's completely dry then place 50 cent to get a full 16 minute drying. If not you must enjoy wasting more money because if you put a dollar in there the machine will deduct 4 minutes for inconvenience fee. So instead of 16 minutes for a dollar your get 12 minutes for a dollar. Hope this helps someone or hopefully they will fix the issue if not the owner will have more money in there pocket.
