The gentleman that was attending when I arrived at 1:45 AM was so cordial and welcoming. He keeps that area so clean and is kind to everyone. I saw come in. I don't know his name. I wish I would've gotten it because he deserves a raise. I was really impressed with his work ethic and his kind treatment of those of us coming in so late at night one of the best experiences I've had at a late night laundromat and all my years of traveling to work at sporting and music events with pouring rand soaked everyone's clothing grateful that they were opened so that our clothes could be free from mud and drive for the next day. I also met three wonderful young people from the Atlanta area, who were kind enough to share conversation and when they noticed I had playing cards in my bag taught me how to play a new game called speed kudos out to those young people who knew at 1:45 AM on what ended our work night soaked & muddy would lead me to meet three young that saved my solo laundry venture by teaching me a new game of cards read more

The clothes dryer died, so, after consulting Yelp, found Patio Laundry has high ratings, so I took the drive there with wet clothes that needed to be dried before they started smelling funky, along with the rest of the clothes that hadn't even been washed. Came here on a Sunday evening and it was packed! The parking lot should give customers an indication whether they should stay and do their own laundry here or go elsewhere. If you can find parking, you'll most likely find laundry machines readily available. However, if you can't find parking, it'll be a while until you find open machines. The first thing that I noticed was that this laundry facility was CLEAN! It's so clean looking and smelling that I would seriously consider the five-second rule if I dropped food on the floor. When I was there, there was what looked like an attentive, courteous, helpful and knowledgeable husband and wife team of employees who were working throughout this business. Since it has been years since I stepped foot into a laundromat, I actually dreaded coming here before I experienced this business, but this is probably the nicest and best maintained laundry business I've ever been in. There are so many stainless steel, industrial grade washers and dryers, in various sizes, which means that the pricing, which is reasonable, depends on the size of the machine and any customization of the washing and drying cycles. This place could use more tables to allow customers to sort, fold and organize their clean clothes. There are many large, clean, functional and industrial grade rolling clothes baskets available to customers. I know, I know - I get thrilled seeing these baskets that can keep rolling with a heavy load of clothes (or people) in them because they have those extra strength wheels on them. Whenever the two employees saw an issue, like a wet floor, spilled laundry soap or fabric softener (wet or dry), soap residue in the machine thingies where customers add soap and other things, trash, rolling laundry baskets blocking people's paths, or anything else that needed cleaning, they immediately took care of it after seeing it. And they did it while being courteous and nice, without complaints or rolls of their eyes. These two are saints! The industrial grade washers and dryers are fast and efficient, and they don't ruin clothes or start walking off - have you ever witnessed unbalanced washers shimmying their way across the floor? Lots of light, a clean restroom (at least the men's restroom is), and vending machines (for soap, fabric softener, and bottled drinks and packaged snacks) are available here. Oh, and customers also have the option of dropping their dirty laundry off at the window and paying the employees the price per pound of clothes so that the employees wash, dry and fold their clothes. Just know that the employees also use the same washers and dryers as all the customers, so if the place is busy, the employees may be delayed in getting your drop off clothes processed. I just went there to dry my comforters and only go there so often to do so. I just found out that they changed the POs system. However on the old system I have 150 dollars on the old patio furniture card. I was told that there was nothing that can be done to give me my money back. To me that is a crime and should not be allowed. They also informed me that there was no one to contact to resolve. So if that is the case how many others have money floating. I'm almost 100 percent sure that patio was given that money back from the old POS company! Came here because this was much closer than the sister property today. The Morning time was the best time for me because it was hardly anyone in there. The ladies that work here are nice and helpful. They have a 10$ off towards laundry services if you checked in through the Yelp app. But they do NOT honor that discount. It was only available when they first opened. The washer and dryer have QR readers on them. You can used them once you download the Speed Queen App. From there you can add funds starting at 5$ and up by 5$ to100$. Starting at 20$ you can start receiving credit towards your future loads. I like the fact it limits contact between the machine and the user. If you only have cash they do have QR "Coin Machines" or the Speed Queen Payment Center that add credit to your Account Balance. Depending on the time you come. Parking is limited. read more

So glad I found patio! This is a laundromat as well as a wash and fold. I stopped by on a Saturday morning to drop off about 40 lbs of laundry($55 for wash and fold with softener, separated by like items). They were done in about 2 hours and called and texted me to let me know. The place is clean and well lit. The location is walking distance to restaurants and shops on Buford highway while waiting. Staff are very helpful. If using the machines there is a digital payment option so no need to worry about coins or cash. Yelp has a deal as well! read more

I scanned a QR code they had to download their app (Laundry Cat app) and add funds for washing and drying. Very simple to use. Clean laundromat. There's bathrooms (didnt check if they were unlocked),outside picnic tables, 2 vending machines (snack and laundry items one). I used one of the larger sized washers and it was $10.00, drying $2 and change. read more

Although it was a bit challenging to figure out their card system for their washer and dryers, this laundromat is incredibly clean! I'm always picky with where I wash my clothes, and I will be making this location my "home" location for the future! Once you get your app loaded with money, you can control everything from your phone, including notifications when the washer/dryer is completed. I stopped in on a Thursday afternoon, so it wasn't too busy at all, which was also nice. I highly recommend. read more

I have used several wash n fold services in the past. U2laundry, SudShare, and happynest to name a few. I hate laundry and am happy to outsource this chore. However, I was always left feeling as though I was not getting my money's worth. Today I tried patio for the first time, and I can say I do not feel that way anymore. I dropped my laundry off around 2, and by 4 I had a text saying they were done. My clothes were neatly folded and smell soo good. Plus, the price is unbeatable. Clean environment, easy to use app and machines. Barely had to touch anything. Bathrooms were clean and well stocked. Employees were helpful and friendly. Dryers dried all of my clothes the first time. Very Covid friendly. The only downside is parking is sparse and getting in and out is a little weird other than that it was great. read more

The experience at the Brookhaven location of Patio Laundry is exceptional! I no longer have to walk around with a purse full of quarters since it offers debit card usage to put on a laundry card. It is a prime example of technology at its best. Also, the laundromat is always very clean. One would say that the design is reminiscent of a day spa, lol!
