Horrible. I spent $40 here and got a reloadable card. I come back less than a month later and they tell me that I can't use that amount and it only lasts for two weeks. What if I didn't have any laundry for two weeks? Also, the back of the card doesn't say that it says that there's a two dollar and 50 Cent charge for not using it in a year read more

Lisa tried to help, but Monica shut her down. Some machines don't run water if you choose hot or cold -- you're not told this until they drag out a bucket from the back to get it going. Went there for the first time yesterday. And the guy behind encounter told me that they no longer honor the free first wash coupon. In fact he said it been expired for a year . Which was upsetting because they're also kind of pricey. But it was clean and it wasn't crowded might want to remove that coupon though . read more

This is a great option for 24/7 needs. The location is a little rough but the staff is friendly and again, it's open all day/night. I find that trying to do laundry after work in my neighborhood is very hard b/c everything closes at the latest, 10PM but I don't get off until 9PM and who wants to spend off days in a laundromat lol. So I appreciate this being open late and they even have a drop off service so it's definitely a lot of benefit to going if need be! read more

I purchased a new quilt a month ago and it was about that time I wash it before I use it. I tried to wash it at home but it was too big. I had a doctors appointment in the area , so I decided to knock out two things. Everything is done with a laundry card , you have to load it on a system. You can use cash, debit , credit or apply pay. For this to be a laundry mat in the hood my expectations was very low! Omg this laundromat blew my mind away. The staff was friendly and helpful , it was very clean , I constantly saw them sanitizing and wiping stuff down constantly. Someone was always sweeping and mopping. Fourth time coming here the first 3 times were pleasant. The staff was nice and answered my questions. Yesterday she started out with an attitude but she changed hers when she realized I was nice. This place is the Cadillac of laundry mats! The equipment works famously well. The prices are affordable and they have a fantastic area for patrons to wait while their laundry is washing/ drying. I hate not being able to do my laundry at home BUT I'm thrilled to have found this place. It's excellent. read more

2nd bad review for this place from me**I go BACK into Huebsch Laundromat located at 855 Oak St SW, Atlanta, GA 30310 on 2/24/19 at around 8:15 pm after the FIRST horrible experience. When I walked into the Laundromat there was an attendant there by the name of Naytasha. Well this young lady was did not even bother to put her cell phone down or to pause her personal conversation to properly acknowledge my presence. What she did do was tell whomever she was talking to about how hard her day had been and how hard she had worked and that it had just because I just brought in a big load of linen. At that point, I knew that this was going to go downhill because now I felt like I was interrupting her and making her life worse when all I wanted was to have my blasted linen laundered! Enter this very rude, lazy, aggressive and unprofessional person by the name of Polo....yes Polo (as confirmed by the name tag when I read it!) He was dressed like one of the homeless people walking around so I had no idea that he worked there until I saw his name tag because of course he never said who he was or that he worked there. Now I must apologize for what I am about to say but based on how this Polo guy was dressed and even more so his horribly unprofessional attitude and demeanor; I must say that he did not give the impression that he really even knew the basic fundamentals of laundering a single washcloth let alone an entire load of VERY expensive, high quality linen! Well THIS guy proceeds to IMMEDIATELY try to get out of doing his job by initially objecting to how I had placed the linen on the scale to be weighed like I usually do. He told me that I "needed to turn those in using a plastic bag." That however was NOT the way it was done the first 2 times I visited Huebsch Laundromat located at 855 Oak St SW, Atlanta, GA 30310 and I told him that. I then tried to explain how the process had been previously gone but he was not interested in what I had to say. I asked "are there were any bags available?" His response, "yes but all of our bags are for sale!" Mind you, there was nothing posted on the walls to verify that so now I was pissed off. I had a plastic bag in my car from a previous trip but it was not large enough to accommodate all of the linen I had that needed to be laundered. I weighed the bag that I did have which came up to be $16.00 but was only a fraction the linen I needed to have laundered so I told the Polo person to go ahead and do that one and advised him that I will contact his corporate office to make a complaint. This Polo person then asks me "so you trying to go somewhere else playboy?" Playboy?! PLAYBOY?! My response was "dude I just want to have my linen cleaned; can we make that happen?" His response, "Nah, you can take it somewhere else we don't want it!" So I hauled all of my linen back to my vehicle and left. I attempted to notify the corporate headquarters of these incidents but was unable to locate viable contact information other than a phone number. I called the number and left a message 2 days ago and yet still no response. Thus the reason for this lengthy review but I feel that people have a right to know what to expect should they choose utilize the wash and fold services of Huebsch laundry located at 855 Oak St SW, Atlanta, GA 30310. The power of social media coupled with word of mouth commentaries are the best forms of advertising. They are also great ways to vent or to get out a complaint. I will definitely be sure to share the HORRIBLE way in which I was treated at Huebsch Laundry by THREE DIFFERENT PEOPLE ON 2 SEPARATE DAYS AND 2 DIFFERENT SHIFTS along to any and everyone that will listen just as I am doing here. Of course this is merely one opinion so I encourage anyone reading my post to be persuaded by your own mind but my mind was made up for me by Kenya, Polo and Naytasha. I have NO idea where Huebsch got the "fine" people from but I do know that those 3 employees have SEVERELY damaged the image, reputation and bottom line profits of Huebsch Laundry in terms of money that I would have spent and other business I would have referred there. This is the best laundry mat I've ever been in. Open 24 hours a day, very clean, attendant is always there to help, and they even have iPads to use, a tv, snacks, and a place to buy laundry needs like soap etc. You can wash your own clothes there (and can put in cash or your credit card, so no more lugging change around) or drop them off for the attendant to wash. They need to make this into a chain. read more
