I just had the most offensive conversation / experience. It's 3p and I loaded a washer with a load. I go and sit and while watching YouTube on my phone (using earphones). A gentleman approaches me and introduces himself as the owner. He then asks if I'm doing laundry; I confirm. He proceeded to asks me where; I tell him that's kind of strange and see that he's only asking me and none of the other none black males in there nor any of the women. I walk him to my washer and show him. He starts in on how he has people coming in just charging their phones and he's trying to keep the place safe; especially for women. I was so offended; what about me sitting here not speaking to anyone and doing laundry calls for a safety concern ??? I'm a 50 year old black man just doing laundry. I was on a business trip for three weeks and had to use this place a couple of times to wash clothes. There's nothing really glamorous about this place, but it got the job done easily and comfortably. I'm no expert on laundromats, but the equipment seemed of decent quality at a fair price. I'll never come back here. Before I post this, for clarity I live in a condo high rise that has a laundry room but the machines are hilariously small, super crazy expensive, and don't dry/wash well, so I go to a laundromat. I haven't had any issues with Access until today. I put money in a washer and after $.3.50, it got stuck. When I tried to put in more, it wouldn't take. I pressed the button to get the money out but nothing happened. I had to wait an hour until the attendant came and explained what happened. He put two coins in which worked and then told me "it works" and walked away. They pride themselves on having cameras and while I'm sure he didn't have access to them, it wouldn't be a stretch to look back to see what happened. The camera was over my left shoulder with a good view of the machine and where the coins drop. Since I had two loads in the dryer, I finished those but took the clothes out the washer because no way in hell I would pay double to wash 10 pairs of pajamas, socks, and underwear. I went to my daughter's house to finish. This is the closest place to me, but I'll go to Roswell next time. read more

Some of these reviews are old so I just wanted to add a rating. I went just the other day in the morning and it was nice experience. You're coming here to get one thing done and that's to clean your clothes, I only noticed two machines that needed maintenance. It's clean, easy for those who are in a wheelchair, and everyone I ran across was friendly. The owner came in and he was also friendly and regulars also seemed happy to see him. It's a nice place to get your clothes washed. I'm someone that likes to go to places early so it was also nice that it was 24 hours. While on an extended trip to the area with my family, we found this place near the hotel to do our laundry. The location is clean but about 40% of the machines don't work. There are numerous signs posted around the laundry mat asking patrons to wait outside due to COVID which is no problem until people start smoking even though there is a large no smoking sign on the door. This laundromat is pretty cool from what I can tell. I usually wash clothes at home but I'm getting the dressed A1 error on my washing machine so it's out of commission until they get the parts and fix it. This is our second time here. The first time it was really hot in there. This time, wasn't so bad. We tried to go to the laundromat closer to home near the CVS but those machines were just too old and sad looking. We decided to come back here where the machines are nicer. We didn't have to wait for machine. The guy at the counter was pretty friendly and helpful. The machines are a little pricey. We needed 4 machines in total. The price went up depending on the water temperature. $3 for a cold wash. $3.50 For warm and $3.75 For hot. Hopefully we won't need to but would come back again. I checked in and am checking right back out. No thank you. What a nasty place and a complete rip off! There's no credit card option. It's old school where you still have to take a bunch quarters to do you laundry. You better have bags of quarters for this place. It was very clean and although it was Saturday I was in and out. I was able to get my change and use the larger machine instantly.

If you want to be greeted at the door by the attendant and served mimosas while doing your laundry, find that place in Buckhead. This is not the place for you. If you want some place clean to do your laundry in peace, come here. Just left there and the place is super clean. Yes, some of the dryers were out of order, but considering the abuse these machines receive from customers, the majority were up and ruining and man do they work! As far as laundry mats go...this has been the best we've experienced. The machines are always working (washers, dryers and coins). The facility is located in a small shopping center off Roswell Rd and right across the street from a QT in case you need a snack while you wait. They offer free wifi and keep the place clean. They are open 24 hours and it is well lit. I typically come late mornings on the weekends and, despite the place being pretty busy, I've never had to wait for a machine or a folding table. The last couple times there has been an employee named Barbara working who is really sweet and more than willing to go out of her way to help you out with whatever you need. I look forward to us finally getting our laundry room setup, but this has been a good substitute in the mean time. read more

I don't know how there are any good reviews of this place. A quarter of the machines are out of order. The place is filthy. The employee was smoking just outside the door, so the the smoke was just blown right in. The trashcan was overflowing. The vending machine was empty. Some of the chairs were broken. I don't have many complaints about this place. There are plenty of machines and the prices* are affordable. The parking lot can accommodate enough people to the point where you don't have to walk terribly far with your laundry. There's a machine that provides quarters for $1-$20 bills. I made the mistake or getting Gain detergent when I meant to get the dryer sheets. The owner was nice enough to exchange them out for me without incurring a transaction fee of any sort. I think it would be nice to have the prices posted on the machines so you'll know how much you're going to part with before making the commitment. The owner, or an aid, is usually around somewhere. You'll just have to find him (or sometimes, her). Fortunately, that isn't too difficult. *The big machines are $8+!! Why?? read more

After reading from their website, I was prepared for a good dry cleaning and wash-fold experience that was also open on Sundays. However, when I got there, I found that it was just a standard coin laundromat. Nothing special here besides perfectly normal machines and people. Why 2 stars? I tried going to the counter to drop off my dry cleaning and laundry, and no one came. This is the first time I've done my laundry here and I won't be back. I've never been to a laundry mat that changes the price of the wash cycle depending on the type of wash you want. $3 for a light wash, 325 for medium, and 350 for heavy. The machine uses the same amount of water for each cycle type so why the up charge? Ridiculous. If I had known about this before I put all my clothes in the washer I would've gone somewhere else. This is my first time at a coin laundromat since my apartment laundromat is out of commission. Not sure what the average is typically with laundromats but this place $3 for a low soiled/normal/cold wash and it seems like it goes up .25 cents if you need to either change to a higher soiled wash, different wash or change the water temperature. The dryer is huge, I was able to fit two loads of laundry in it. It is .25 cents for every 7 minutes in the dryer. In total I spent 7 dollars on two loads of laundry. As for amenities they have a couple of vending machines and a TV. I sat there for 30 minutes before I got too hot and went back into my car for AC. Overall it's more expensive than what my apartment usually charges but I needed my clothes washed on short noticed and I'm not sure how it stacks against other coin laundromats but it seems pretty decent. read more

The machines are small and they have the nerve to charge $3.00 for the machine itself and then on top of that you have to pay an extra $0.50 if you want to use hot or warm water. Who does that? Easily the best experience we've had with a laundromat since moving to Atlanta four months ago, and we have tried a few of them. The place is well lit, clean, and seems family-friendly. The whole time I was there, a man was hustling around keeping things clean and tidy and helping customers. He was so conscientious and polite that I assumed he was the manager, but when I asked him if he was, he said "No, I just work here." I complimented him on what s good operation they run, and I mentioned that I really appreciate it because my wife often comes here to do laundry.
