Ridiculously clean facility -- the gal working there literally never stopped cleaning in the 3+ hours I was there. Nice, big, new Speed Queen washers and dryers that are wi-fi enabled so you can pay and manage settings from the Speed Queen app on my phone. G'bye, mountains of quarters!! Lots of wheelie baskets, lots of folding space. A nice outdoor seating area. I wish there was more indoor seating with power outlets, and it was pretty hot in there with most of the machines going. Ding one star because the cans of soda were $1.50 each and bang down the delivery chute so bad they fizz over when you open them. read more

Everything worked well! There is great variety of machine sizes/capacities so you can get a lot done. The machines and floors and counters were kept clean, and trash was regularly emptied. The employees were friendly and kept up with everything. I felt safe doing laundry there even late at night. read more

What's not to love about a laundromat that is open early and closes late, has interior and exterior seating areas, clean throughout, gaming areas + TVs, and with reasonable pricing? Splash Laundromat has all of this, to which sets the standard on where laundromats should try to emulate. Splash even offers dry cleaning services at reasonable pricing as well. I'm still psyched that I was able to complete one large load of laundry for $3.50. For even larger loads, you can pay between $4.50-7.00, the latter if you have blankets and comforters to wash. This is a far cry from the $8.00-9.00 that I was paying for small laundry loads at laundromats in Long Island, NY. But let's not go there on that. Employees here are kinda in a zone here. Not too friendly, but who cares? I just need to get my quarters, soap and clothes done. Definitely coming back to this laundromat when in the north Atlanta metro area! read more

Let me start by saying how much I enjoyed reading yelpers reasons/justifications for needing to go to the laundry mat. It's almost as if some folks think it's taboo. But I did appreciate knowing how clean the accommodations were which is what I want to piggyback off of. This laundromat has ample machines, all were very clean, with minimal detergent build-up inside (this is big for someone with allergies and sensitivity to most detergents on the market), all machines were in working order, and the overall facilities were immaculate. There were even bathrooms that were tidy. There are huge machines that fit 2 Queen size comforters and 4 pillows with room to spare. Great settings for the machine and "add-on" options, let extra rinse and reserve tumble dry (this helps your clothing not to tangle up together. Some helpful tips: 1. Cards are accepted but NOT at the machine, you must download an app, then scan the QR code for a specific location and add money that way. You can also add money via the machine that (I believe) loads onto your card. 2. The app offers a bonus of $10 make sure you claim it 3. The app is amazing you can add more time, check to see how much time is left, and see which machines you're using in case you forgot. Overall this is a great laundromat for anyone needing to clean anything for any reason. read more

TL;DR New place. Easy to use app based machines. Friendly staff. Very clean. First time using this laundromat and the first laundromat experience in a while. The staff is friendly and the prices are reasonable (they use an app or touch screen) which scale based on the types of options an time you use the machines. Most loads can be washed and dried in about an hour, much faster than most home machines. They also offer a wash and fold service, have publicly accessible bathrooms and drum and snack machines. I needed a laundromat to clean a comforter too big to clean in my machine at home. I dread this because most laundromats are disgusting, so I went online and found this place and drove from Woodstock to Roswell to try it. It is spotless plenty of washers dryers all sizes. I even had to use the ladies room and it was very very clean. I would recommend this laundromat to anyone and I will be returning when I have to wash my comforter again.:) read more

I came to the facility to drop off my clothes for overnight Washing and folding. I came back not the next day but the day after and saw that my clothes had not been touched. The lady behind the counter said, and I quote , "The black guy did not come in to do your clothes. He did not finish and has to come back tonight at 5 PM". I was appalled by that comment and asked for a discount not because of the comment, but because of the delay. I had already made my decision to never do business here again but they already had my money. She told me that I could get a refund or take my clothes back. I asked about Getting a discount, she said no discount will be given. She Said she called and my voicemail was not set up, which is not true since my work number is also my cell phone number never used it for 15 years. This place does not deserve your business. It is very clean & the payment option is very convenient. They even have an app where you can start the washers and dryers with using your phone. The night keeper lady is very nice & friendly! it is currently 1:08 & she's letting me stay the extra 15 minutes that it's taking my clothes to dry. I don't like the fact that the workers need to mention " I just cleaned and now look at me" after my fabric softener falling and dropping two drops on the floor. I speak Spanish I can understand what she said and she said it aloud so I could hear her. Accidents happened , I was mad I wasted some of softener myself but when she made that unnecessary comment was over it. She was rude to me later on after she was talking to someone in English and the person asking me what she said I asked her what was she trying to say and she ignored me and tried repeating her self to the person. Like if you care so much about me dropping my fabric softener how about you give that care to the bathroom as-well since it smells like pee right when you enter. Please talk to them that detergent may fall because it's a LAUNDRY ROOM and there's no need to complain on something so small and make customers not want come back with their horrible unnecessary attitude. read more
