We called around and Rhonda from Laundry Genie was the nicest and offered the best service. She came to our house and picked up 20+ bags of clothing and linens to wash. I cannot believe the customer service we received and had to write a review! I would highly consider using Rhonda regularly and / or during a large event or need for large amounts of laundry. I cannot believe her reasonable pricing includes delivery! If you hate doing laundry, this is your reasonable solution. NOW THAT'S HOW YOU RUN A COIN LAUNDRY!!…read more Okay, so I am deep in the trenches with spring cleaning and that means updating and prepping the beds. I have this super large mattress pad that is as thick as a comforter and requires a commercial sized machine to wash it. A couple of weeks ago as my husband and I were returning from Cumming, I noticed this laundry facility out of the corner of my eye. So when it came to locating a coin laundry to wash my pad, I remembered this place. It is conveniently located off of exit 13, (from 400). If driving north, you simply exit and go west to Atlanta Highway and turn right. It is just a couple of blocks down the road on the right side. It sits back a bit so be aware of this. We arrive late in the evening and although the place is obviously dated, it is neat and clean, with plenty of laundry carts and folding tables. The female attendant was present and actively wiping down each and every machine along with other surfaces. There was a very large trash bin available for your convenience. Now, I don't take this for granted because I went to a laundry facility in Roswell last week and it was absolutely filthy and disgusting with no trash receptacle in the main area. This facility has a change machine, along with vending machines for beverages and snacks. The machines are very easy to use and it only took 20 minutes for me to wash my pad to a brilliant white. The cost was $5.50 for the particular machine I used. They have larger and smaller ones depending on your needs. I highly recommend this laundry center for your DIY laundry needs.

I moved to Kennesaw about 3 years ago, and changed to a cleaners there. Well, I still live in Kennesaw, but now I work in Cumming again. So I decided to start bringing my clothes back here since I was again in the vicinity 5 days a week. They remembered me from 3+ years ago, which is a nice, personal touch, from a family owned and operated small business (support these always). Anyway, they blew me away with their service and prices again. I haven't looked at their prices compared to the other place, so I don't want to quote numbers too specifically, but I'd say I'm saving 40-50%/month. Try this place once at least, trust me.

The bathrooms are clean and always stocked. Well lit with flat screens on both walls and free wifi! They even have an automatic button on the doors with a ramp and crosswalk going to the parking lot! There is cameras covering the entire place. We bring my 4 year old with us to do our laundry and the absolute best thing about clean right is the KIDS ZONE! He has space he can be without being in the way and it makes it fun for him to come with us and less like a chore. They have a fun rug, flex seating, a table with chairs, books and a TV with cartoons and fun paintings on the walls! You can see the kids zone from multiple folding tables so he is able to stay seated there while we fold but we still have eyes on him at all times. There was fun decorations featuring a large Grinch for Christmas that my son also enjoyed. They have vending for laundry supplies and well as snacks that take cards, coins or bills. They have options for payments, an app to use to do all cashless, an ATM and a coin machine. You can even add cash to the app using the coin machine. We use the app and have zero issues, it even sends you notifications when your cycle is almost done. They also offer pick up or drop off laundry services as well. The staff is always friendly and here to help if you have an issue or questions, plus they will press the door button if they see you headed to it with your hands full. Affordable prices as well, a little more than other places close but for all the other things mentioned it's well worth the few extra dollars we spend each week. I called to inquire what they charge to clean a queen size duvet cover. I was told $25, but when I…read morewent to drop off the 2 duvet covers, I was advised the charge was $38. I explained I called in advance for the cost, but the woman advised there was no way anyone would quoted me $25. I told her I didn't want to pay that much, grabbed my items (which included other dry cleaning) and started leaving. She offered to lower the price to $30 each, stating the reason for the cost was because the duvet covers are hand pressed. Hearing that, I agreed, and left my items. Today, I picked them up. They weren't hung, as my duvet covers have normally been returned to me after cleaning, but were folded up. One duvet cover was somewhat acceptable, but no one would ever have guessed the other one was pressed - creases and wrinkles all over. With so many other dry cleaners out there, I'll certainly look into other options - not only because of the lack of customer service, but the discrepancy in pricing and actual quality of the work.
