There's so many good things I can say about these cleaners. Friendliness, efficiency, quality, affordability, and communication have all been fabulous. I really love how they thoroughly examine garments to be sure there's nothing concerning before cleaning them, as well as how they immediately let me know when/if there is. Customer service here is amazing!! read more

Outrageous pricing. $7 for a plain women's button down - no stains and no fancy material. Just a plain button down - $3 for men's and $7 for women's. read more

I have made this place my dry cleaners. They are quick, efficient and honest. I never have to get out of my car. Transactions are quick. They put my cleaned clothes in the backseat for mr. A week ago, I left some clothes to be cleaned. Before I ever got home, I got a call from them. They told me one blouse had discoloration under the arms. Nothing can be done in that case. They are honest and trustworthy. They are among a small number of businesses that I completely trust and can recommend with no hesitation. read more

After moving from Florida I changed dry cleaners every month until I neighbor recommended them to me. Now I'm addicted to their impeccable work. They are awesome beyond believe. read more

Great place to get your clothes pressed, or dry cleaned. Very professional, always know your name and seeks to help in any way they can. They offer one of the quickest turn arounds on service. In today and available tomorrow in most cases. I highly recommend them. read more

A little more pricey than my previous cleaners but they did an amazing job and with the amount I dropped off I will survive the hit. Everything was pressed and smelled fantastic. They clean pillows witch is also a big deal for me as my machine could never handle that! read more

First time doing business with Village Cleaners and I found them randomly scrolling through Yelp. So happy I found them!!! EJ was kind and patient and worked with me on getting the patches sewn on my jacket perfectly. She even sent a courtesy text letting me know my jacket was ready two days earlier (was soooo excited to see the finished product). It took me over an hour to get to the cleaners because of traffic but she texted me told me to be safe and not to worry and she would wait for me! I was like WOWWWW she knows how excited I am and she is willing to wait past closing just to see her customer happy!!! Now that is 5 STAR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Thank you EJ I will definitely be back!!! Truly appreciate you caring enough to wait for me so I can see my jacket. A++++ read more

So fitting the stereotype pretty well, I grew up in the dry cleaning business. My dad has owned his own business in IL for over 25 years. Stepping into a dry cleaners and actually paying for services is very painful for me since I used to get everything dry cleaned for free, as you can imagine. I was pleasantly surprised with the speedy service and friendly staff. I am impressed with how clean and well maintained their FOS looks and I liked how they used a clip to clip my boyfriend's shirt together. Presentation wise, they get 5 stars! They have a drive up window and is located at the end of a shopping center with the Kroger on Medlock Bridge Rd. This dry cleaners is less than 5 minutes from my work so it's super convenient and I'll definitely return with future "dry clean only" items. I never thought that I'd ever have to pay for dry cleaning since my family was in the business for so long but everything has an end and I'm happy to trust mine and my boyfriend's suits with Village Cleaners. Happy that they are close to my work, efficient and provide friendly service! read more

I am a business professional and also an environmentally conscious person, so when I moved to Johns Creek from Dallas, TX, I did my homework and this has been my trusted dry cleaners for almost 6 years! I moved to Milton, last year and still make the trip to my favorite, best place each time! I have had the best dry cleaning and customer service experience in my life so far. Village Cleaners cares about my clothes, the buttons, patches, zippers, and anything that takes special care and they care about me. I am always asked about how I am doing before and during Covid; that means a lot. I regard you as the best in the business and as my trusted friends as well! We need you! read more

So far, so good. I've been here twice, and they got out small stains out of my shirt and pants. The prices are fair. I had been going to another cleaners, but noticed a lot of things were coming back with the stains still present, which really irked me. So I quit going there, and decided to try somewhere new. This place is convenient to work, and they have a drive through. I love the drive through! Genius! I'm always on the go, and to not have to park and walk in saves time. So I apologize for no pictures but I haven't even been inside, and there is already a picture of the outside of the business. They are located at the end of a big shopping strip. So you can get your nails done, run to Kroger, and grab/drop off your drycleaning. Perfect! I'll keep coming here unless I see an issue. read more

I have been using village cleaners for over a year. They still have what so many other cleaners have lost. They really treat customers like the valued asset they are. The owner personally greets you, makes sure you are satisfied and cares about you as a person. Their cleaning is flawless and your clothing comes back professionally packaged and delivered to your vehicle by a smiling, pleasant employee. If you have never tried them, your are truly missing out! read more

Been here for a few years, noticed their price has been quietly increased to a bit more than other local cleaners. The quality of clean is very good, however the services were average except the gentleman works there is very pleasant. read more

Horrible Service, I have been going to this cleaners since last 4 years, mostly they service through the drive though, which I always liked as we delivered, received and paid from the convenience of the car. Lately I found out that their charges were very inconsistent for the same cleaning. Today I went in inside and asked for the details of the bill, the response took me by surprise, the oriental lady said "if you do not like our service, maybe this is time for you to find some other cleaner". There was another customer at that place, he was also very upset. I think it is time for me to find other cleaners. read more

WAS NOT HAPPY-I took a company table cloth in the be washed and folded...Had been paying $12.00 to have this done. Today Lady told me $25.00..Like REALLY? I think they are using a dart board for their pricing...BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

Don't use this place!!! They quoted me prices for my sofa and chair covers. When I went to pick them up a few days later my price was $7 more than my quote. The lady told me that I was wrong and that is not what they told me. I do not recommend this place! I could have had my sofa covers cleaned somewhere else for a better price! read more
