EJ was kind and patient and worked with me on getting the patches sewn on my jacket perfectly. She even sent a courtesy text letting me know my jacket was ready two days earlier (was soooo excited to see the finished product). So fitting the stereotype pretty well, I grew up in the dry cleaning business. My dad has owned his own business in IL for over 25 years. Stepping into a dry cleaners and actually paying for services is very painful for me since I used to get everything dry cleaned for free, as you can imagine. I was pleasantly surprised with the speedy service and friendly staff. I am impressed with how clean and well maintained their FOS looks and I liked how they used a clip to clip my boyfriend's shirt together. Presentation wise, they get 5 stars! They have a drive up window and is located at the end of a shopping center with the Kroger on Medlock Bridge Rd. This dry cleaners is less than 5 minutes from my work so it's super convenient and I'll definitely return with future "dry clean only" items. I never thought that I'd ever have to pay for dry cleaning since my family was in the business for so long but everything has an end and I'm happy to trust mine and my boyfriend's suits with Village Cleaners. So far, so good. I've been here twice, and they got out small stains out of my shirt and pants. The prices are fair. I had been going to another cleaners, but noticed a lot of things were coming back with the stains still present, which really irked me. So I quit going there, and decided to try somewhere new. This place is convenient to work, and they have a drive through. I love the drive through! Genius! I'm always on the go, and to not have to park and walk in saves time. So I apologize for no pictures but I haven't even been inside, and there is already a picture of the outside of the business. They are located at the end of a big shopping strip. Horrible Service, I have been going to this cleaners since last 4 years, mostly they service through the drive though, which I always liked as we delivered, received and paid from the convenience of the car. Lately I found out that their charges were very inconsistent for the same cleaning. Today I went in inside and asked for the details of the bill, the response took me by surprise, the oriental lady said "if you do not like our service, maybe this is time for you to find some other cleaner".
