We have used this location for years but have now reached the end of our rope. Went I. I returned the linens ( hope whoever owns them gets them since the tags had our names on them ). When we opened up the comforter it was also not ours ( it was a queen size and ours was a king ( again the ticket had our name on it ). When my wife called she also mentioned not only was it not ours but it stunk of cigarette smoke - the man who called her back said he was not surprised since many smoke in the warehouse !!!! (I confirmed the date multiple times since my company was coming in that weekend.) Chris could pick up the bed spreads if I wanted but that they are in Rosewell- 30 MINUTES away. I picked up the the bedspreads which were not even cleaned (smelled horrible) & Chris told me not to worry about it. A month later - I got a charge! Biggest waste of $72! Total scam!!

You can see the kids zone from multiple folding tables so he is able to stay seated there while we fold but we still have eyes on him at all times. There was fun decorations featuring a large Grinch for Christmas that my son also enjoyed. They have vending for laundry supplies and well as snacks that take cards, coins or bills. They have options for payments, an app to use to do all cashless, an ATM and a coin machine. You can even add cash to the app using the coin machine. We use the app and have zero issues, it even sends you notifications when your cycle is almost done. They also offer pick up or drop off laundry services as well. The staff is always friendly and here to help if you have an issue or questions, plus they will press the door button if they see you headed to it with your hands full. Affordable prices as well, a little more than other places close but for all the other things mentioned it's well worth the few extra dollars we spend each week. I have been taking all of my Chanel, Gucci, etc shoes and handbags and belts to this vendor. At…read morefirst, he was a kind and attentive store owner. He did excellent work at a fair price. Something has changed and now he gets frustrated REALLY easy and has to be told instructions over and over and over again. He has had some of my items for a while now, and each time I come back either something isn't complete or has to be redone and I have to repeat the exact same instructions from the previous visit. I understand why some items have taken a while, but I know that he is not working on my other items in the meantime because he is "too busy". He is now openly expressing his frustrations with me when it is he who doesn't understand and doesn't write down or remember the instructions. And when giving the instructions I don't feel confident he understands them. While there is a language barrier, it isn't that. He doesn't like to "hear" what you are saying when he is frustrated. Which is almost every time I come to check on my items. I watch other people come into the store while I am there and he treats them like they are royalty. I feel like since I am a returning customer, who brings a lot of high end business to him, he should treat me the same or better! I have a lot more purchases that I was going to bring to him. I will not do this now. I will ONLY bring new items to him if I can't make it to Atlanta due to his customer service. Make sure he gives you a timeframe of when the items can expect to be completed and that he writes everything down and you should be fine, I hope. I will edit this review if his attitude changes.
