They have a fun rug, flex seating, a table with chairs, books and a TV with cartoons and fun paintings on the walls! You can see the kids zone from multiple folding tables so he is able to stay seated there while we fold but we still have eyes on him at all times. There was fun decorations featuring a large Grinch for Christmas that my son also enjoyed. They have vending for laundry supplies and well as snacks that take cards, coins or bills. They have options for payments, an app to use to do all cashless, an ATM and a coin machine. You can even add cash to the app using the coin machine. We use the app and have zero issues, it even sends you notifications when your cycle is almost done. They also offer pick up or drop off laundry services as well. The staff is always friendly and here to help if you have an issue or questions, plus they will press the door button if they see you headed to it with your hands full. Affordable prices as well, a little more than other places close but for all the other things mentioned it's well worth the few extra dollars we spend each week. I explained I called in advance for the cost, but the woman advised there was no way anyone would quoted me $25. I told her I didn't want to pay that much, grabbed my items (which included other dry cleaning) and started leaving. She offered to lower the price to $30 each, stating the reason for the cost was because the duvet covers are hand pressed. Hearing that, I agreed, and left my items. Today, I picked them up. They weren't hung, as my duvet covers have normally been returned to me after cleaning, but were folded up. One duvet cover was somewhat acceptable, but no one would ever have guessed the other one was pressed - creases and wrinkles all over. With so many other dry cleaners out there, I'll certainly look into other options - not only because of the lack of customer service, but the discrepancy in pricing and actual quality of the work.
