I needed some alterations done and some dry cleaning so I've used this business twice already. I've spent over $200 on dry cleaning and the alterations. Everything appeared to have gone well with my initial alteration requests. I brought in 15 items to be altered due to my height. It took over 5 days to get it done and everything looked pristine and crisp upon picking them up. I recently wore two of the items that were hemmed and washed it at home and the hem has been undone on two pants... I am really disappointed because they're not cheap and all the reviews stated what great quality.. doesn't appear to be the case with the hemming. I've tried to call the number on the phone multiple times to try to give them opportunity to rectify the issue but it seems to be cut off. Second issue is that I picked up some dry cleaning on Thursday of last week and they forgot to give me a dress they apparently rejected... again when I realized the dress was missing I tried to call them and the phone line was once again cut off. I had to drive up there on Friday and they had my dress just hanging behind the register... they weren't even going to call me or notify me that they forgot to give me my dress?!? I do plan on coming up there this week to have them fix the issues of the hemming on my pants because it shouldn't happen after one wash. Final verdict: after going to discuss my issues with them at some point this week I will not return as this has been two Separate issues from two different visits and I expected so much more from a business that has 4.8 stars. For the price, you're not getting quality hemming done here. I am sure you can find better options elsewhere. The dry cleaning itself was standard and like I said everything was crisp upon receiving it but I cannot take my chances in spending money here again. UPDATE: Just drove up to the place because their phones aren't working and was told they would fix my garments for free.. that's good service. They called me and asked, "Did you wash your scarves in a washing machine? They're wrinkled." What a ridiculous question--if I were washing them in a machine, why would I even take them to a professional cleaner? They told me they'd do their best to fix the problem and wouldn't charge extra. When I went to pick up my scarves, I asked to see them before paying. I had a reason for this: I had previously taken a white cardigan to them, which I handed over spotless, only to get it back covered in yellow stains. Despite that, I paid for the service. This time, they said I couldn't see the scarves unless I paid first. I refused, saying I wouldn't pay without seeing them. When I finally saw the scarves, I was in complete shock. They all had massive yellow stains, like rust marks, that weren't there when I handed them in. On one scarf, I counted more than 10 stains. I'll share the photos one by one. The white scarf, which was brand new, also had yellow stains. The gray scarf, the oldest one, had no stains when I handed it in. The pink scarf was in the worst condition--covered in so many stains that they had even spread to the fringes, causing them to stick together. The stains were clearly caused by something from their machines--rust or another substance. It was obvious from the condition of the scarves, which you'll see in the photos. Can you believe they weren't even sorry? The owner's words were worse than the condition of my scarves. In front of my children, they accused me of lying. Then they pointed to my children and said that I wasn't raising them properly and that I should set a better example--all while my kids were listening. It was a horrifying experience from every angle. I absolutely do not recommend this business. I will file complaints about them on every platform I can. Their only concern was getting their money, and they got it. Additionally, I'd like to point out that, likely because of their cameras, they were putting on an overly polite act. But if you had heard the way they spoke to me, you wouldn't believe it. What a nightmare!

The man who helped me assured me they tried several times to remove a few small stains from a couple of my trousers but all of them were still there. Having worked in the business I know that almost all stains are removable. What's very upsetting here is that when I took them home and tried to remove them myself they came out quite easily. I was only bringing them here because I don't have time to wash all of my clothes by myself as I don't have all the equipment.
