Recently started trusting my clothes with Esquire Cleaners, and I am satisfied. The turnaround time on the clothing is as quick as possible compared to the surrounding cleaners in the area. Quick turnaround and optimal quality is why I place my business here. I will continue to place my business here as long as I am working in the area. Thanks Esquire. read more

Took area rug to be cleaned and received discolored, smelling the same $140 and two weeks later

Let me start off by saying I had A very important event to go to on Saturday night But the dress I ordered online was too small around my bust and I noticed Friday morning ! With less than 24 hours , I worried about what I was going to do! Well, I searched for alteration Places and esquire cleaners showed up on yelp. I called around 11 AM and the woman that helped me, I don't recall her name but she works at the front desk, told me to come in so she could look at my dress. I tried it on and she was honest and asked me why I didn't go buy another one ? I told her I really liked my dress and if there was anyway she could alter it to make it a little bigger for me I would be so grateful. She looked at me and told me that yes she would do everything she could to have my dress ready in less than a day. She told me not to worry and I left feeling relived ! She called me many times to let me know the status of my dress and called me on Saturday morning with the finished product. I absolutely loved it and it fit me perfectly ! I will be a customer as long as they're open, absolute best customer service I've ever had! I would highly highly recommend Esquire cleaners to anybody I know ! read more

Esquire Cleaners - Fit like a glove - Shoe Repair Near Me - Peachtree Corners, Georgia

I rarely don't get my clothes dry clean and didn't know what to expect or even know how it works! This is my second time getting it done in the Atlanta region and I was pleased! The owner was very friendly and got me in and out less that five minutes. The turn out rate was less than a day for a very reasonable price. I came here to drop off my brothers button down(5 total) which only cost me 8 bucks. My first experience in another location cost me 20 dollars for the same amount of clothing. This location is in a busy area during lunch time and 5pm-7pm. Worth the drive to come out where and get it done! Minutes away from Peachtree corner. read more

They ruined all of my brand new clothes including expensive dresses. Bright clothes look dark/dull/old. They honestly looked better before I took them to the cleaners. I also found a dark blonde hair stuck in one of the dresses which obviously isn't mine. I wanted them to be dry cleaned and I do not think they dry cleaned any of them even the ones that say on tags "dry clean only." I could not believe one of my shirts came back so wrinkled.. They gave me money back but too bad ruined clothes can't be retrived. read more

I have been bringing my dry cleaning and laundering to Esquire Cleaners for the past ten+ years. They have cleaned everything from shirts, suits, and dresses to comforters and outdoor cushions for me and they always do an excellent job. The owner is very friendly, remembers my name, and remembers what I brought in without even looking at a receipt. Great customer service and a local neighborhood gem. Highly recommend. read more

I've been to cleaners all over Atlanta, and Esquire on Spalding is the best and it's not even close. The friendly owner remembered me after one visit so I don't even have to worry about keeping track of tickets. She always provides amazing customer service and gives me bags when I don't have them handy. Her clothes are on time every single time and she's even taken care of more difficult stains and issues without extra charge. I'd travel out of my way to use Esquire. read more

Esquire cleaners is barely okay. I dropped off a tan suit (for slight alterations and dry cleaning) on a Thursday and the lady at the counter said she would have it done by Tuesday. I show up Tuesday after 5pm with my receipt and a younger looking guy seemed to have no clue what i was talking about and even couldn't find the suit until he called the lady i originally dropped the garment off with. So i come back again Wednesday after 5 to a suit that hadn't even been put in the plastic covering yet and looked half-assed pressed. Then on top of it they charge me $50 with no breakdown of what the pricing of alterations and cleaning was and no receipt. I highly doubt I'll be back. Also, it's HOT AF in there. And when i addressed it, the lady i dropped my garment off with sarcastically said "it's a dry cleaners". Talk about friendly customer service. read more

I have been coming here for 15 years and I will not go anywhere else! Any other dry cleaner I have tried has ruined my clothing one way or another. I fully trust Esquire and they have a convenient drive through as well! read more

After moving to the area, I was looking around for a good dry-cleaning place. In Ohio, most dry cleaners take up to 3 days unless you want to pay a rush fee. I've also gotten excuses about how clean they could get the clothing. I waited until Monday afternoon to shop around, and when I was told that my entire suit would be ready to go by Wednesday night at the latest I decided to go with Esquire. They lived up to their one-day promise, and my suit was ready by 4pm on Wednesday, not to mention the prices were really reasonable, $10 for a whole suit (-tie/button up shirt) and no rush fee for super fast service. Plus, my clothes came back clean, and the service is personable and friendly. I will continue to recommend Esquire to anyone in the area. read more

I rarely have my clothes dry cleaned, maybe 1-2 times a year. I took several items (including my favorite summer shirt) and noticed it was missing. I called them to let them know! Sure hope they find it. This is exactly why I don't take my clothes to the cleaners! I'm not happy at all! I'll keep you posted! They found my shirt! I haven't picked it up yet because they said it was in a "special" basket for clothes that had spots. I'm hopeful! read more

Been doing business with this cleaners for 15 years. The people here are honest and provide the best service. Excellent work!

I've been using this dry cleaner for about six months after switching from another local cleaner who just wasn't cutting it. Esquire has done a great job of keeping me happy and doing my clothes the way I want them done. They are fast and everything is kept on premises rather than being shipped off to some other facility. read more

Just landed in Atlanta for my first time ever for a long weekend for a wedding and desperately needed my suit and shirt pressed. The owner made my feel as though I becoming here for years. Upon hearing my timeline of the wedding, she dropped everything and my items a priority. A few hours later I returned for pick-up and as promised - "hello, your suit is ready!" After cashing me out, she went on to tell my about all the local attractions/shopping in the area. WOW what a great experience and excellent work! read more

This is by far the best dry cleaners I have ever used. Often times I have found that after picking up clothes from other cleaners they just don't seem, well, clean. Never an issue here. Always done professionally and clothing is like new each and every time. And, J is so nice and helpful. She genuinely cares about her customers and is always looking to give a helping hand whether it's connecting you with other business contacts in your field or referring people to you. I live in Midtown but work in Norcross, and I can honestly say that should that ever change I will continue to use Esquire no matter where I am located. Top Notch! read more

They got out a stain that my other dry cleaner wasn't able too! And he did it right in front of me! When I came back to pick it up, I loved that htey had a drive through. For starters, I decided to give this cleaners a chance because it is close to home. We just moved into the area and would like to find a solid cleaners that we can trust. I dropped off my husband's white dress shirt for laundering and a Pendelton wool dress shirt for dry-cleaning. The gentleman at the desk was preoccupied with a lady, discussing a personal matter regarding some future plans for him. I waited for about two minutes and interrupted him to ask if I could leave my shirts. He was friendly and the woman apologized and excused herself as she left. The young man wrote out the ticket and I had to ask the cost. He told me that it would be $2/ea. "I thought people charge more for dry-cleaning," I said. He then looked at the Pendelton shirt's tag and sure enough...it stated dry-cleaning. Phew!!! I was glad I questioned the price. I went back yesterday to pick up the two shirts. Awful smell! I have no idea what the smell is on the shirts but they need to be redone. Maybe the plastic over them? Not sure. I was getting ready to pay after the customer in front of me who paid $18-and-change on her credit card for her cleaning. Her bill wasn't itemized so she was inquiring about the individual charges. My turn to pay. It was $10-and-change and she tells me that I need to pay with a check or cash. If not, there would be a surcharge fee because it was under $15. I told her that I had neither and even if I did, I would have used my credit card still as it is a business expense. She was very annoyed with me and abruptly took the card from me. Ran it through the machine, put the receipt on the counter for me to sign, and didn't even thank me. I told her she didn't have to worry about having to deal with my credit card again because I would not be returning. She just laughed at me. As I got into my car, she went to the drive-up door on the side and stood there staring at me with another female. I looked at Yelp reviews before I went there because as I said, it was nearby. All reviews looked good. However, as I was searching to leave this review, everything that I am referring to is on other review websites. I didn't do my homework in checking beyond Yelp! read more

This place is absolutely amazing. At 3 o'clock yesterday ( an hour and a half before my homecoming dinner and dance) , I noticed a black grease stain on my daughters brand-new homecoming dress. I was frantic . The people in this amazing place took my daughter's dress and had it dry cleaned in an hour and a half. The spot was gone and homecoming was saved. I would highly recommend this place. When I ran in to pick it up she didn't even charge me. What amazing customer service . Thank you thank you thank you ! If you are looking for great service and care this is your place ! I can not say enough good things about this cleaners ! read more

Best cleaner I have found in Atlanta. I moved out of the area several years ago, but still drop by best clothes off there (even though it is an hour and a half away). The customer service, as well as the special care given my clothing is worth it! read more

If I could give no stars I would. This is my first and last time. I gave them my mattress topper to clean and when I went back to pick it up instead of it begin flat it was balls of fabric. I was told that I needed to go home and beat it with a tennis racket if I wanted it flat. I gave it to them flat and got it back lumpy. I could have washed it in my machine and had those results.... NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more
