I Returned in three days to pick up the jacket. Nothing had been done to the jacket and I was told to return in two days When I returned to pick up the jacket on the second trip I was told by Tony that they had been very busy and they did not have a chance to dry clean the jacket, however the button was reattached. My telephone number, course was on file in their computer system, however, no one took the time to alert me that the jacket would not be ready on time as promised. Yes, they may be nice people, however, they are not competent and they are not respectful toward their customers and their customers time.

Prices are a bit high but they get the job done quickly and right…read more It is a busy place. They will pick up, drop off, take walk ins, and all. The best part is if you need a rush job they can usually make it happen. I bring all of my stuff here... like I said it is a bit higher then what I was used to in TX but they have not messed up or lost anything yet! That is worth a ton to me! Some of my wife's stuff has belts that have gotten lost at other places or are just more delicate then your Reg shirts and slacks. Everything I have brought here, and that has been a lot of stuff, has come out perfectly. I'm my opinion that is worth the slightly higher cost!

Although they claimed the coats had been dry-cleaned, they looked dirty and covered in dust, lint, and hair. In fact, they looked worse than they did before I brought them in. The service was extremely poor and completely unacceptable, especially considering that I was still charged for it. It honestly felt like my coats had not been cleaned at all. I would strongly recommend that others avoid using this service. Very disappointing and a complete waste of money. I will definitely not be coming back.

I am posting this after giving the company nearly three months to resolve an ongoing issue. The…read morestaff has always been polite, yet the service has repeatedly fallen short in ways that have caused real loss. A designer luxury shirt was returned to me with damage in several areas. The proposed solution from the cleaners involved a process that they admitted could cause color bleed and additional harm, but they still asked me to assume the risk. That alone was concerning. On top of this, I had to send my shirts back multiple times due to quality issues, and there was one occasion where the delivery never arrived. These repeated setbacks have been frustrating, but the lack of accountability regarding the damaged shirt is the real problem. I simply need the company to acknowledge the mistake and reimburse the original cost of the designer piece. After months of emails and patience, there has been no resolution. I held off on writing this because the employees were pleasant, yet professionalism also requires responsibility when an error is made. I am still willing to work toward a fair outcome, but at this stage I need management to step in and make this right.

Zara wouldnt let me exchange so i took it here. They couldnt get the stain out either. Since then, I have taken a skirt i took a pair of scissors to(had to literarily cut myself out of it cos the zipper would budge - F21 of course) and my dog carrier. The carrier was $150 and the straps were too long for me so they shortened it($10. the skirt was $12). I'm not sure if the prices are reasonable because ive never really gone to a cleaner's or alterations place. They're close to me and the lady upfront is friendly.
