I don't think I've used any other cleaner. Always friendly, efficient, and I've never had something take longer than promised - including dry cleaning and alterations. Not sure what happened to the reviewer who got the runaround about the shirt price. Perhaps you should have talked to the lady who took your shirts. I think she's not "just" his employee - she's been there as long as I can remember! Anyhow, don't take that one review as an indication of their service or work. The only issue I had was with a cheap prom dress where several do-dads (beads or whatever) were missing when we picked up the dress, and the lady said that she thought they had been missing prior to drop-off. It could be they lost a couple, but it was not a very high quality dress to begin with. Other than that, I don't recall ever being dissatisfied. Give them a try! read more

TERRIBLE. I had 7 pieces, all jackets and 1 pair of pants. The ticket said pick up on Thursday- Friday at lunch, they weren't done and said come back in an hour because 1 jacket wasn't done. I returned 3 hours later- jacket still had stains all over it. I paid to get my clothes and left. i should have checked the other pieces- they all smell like mold. I will have to take them to another cleaner just to get the smell out. I do not recommend, and will not return. read more

I was cheated by this business. I had 10 Tshirts to be tailored. Each shirt costed 20 Dollars originally. He did not tell me how much each shirt tailoring would cost. I had been using them since many years and he always had reasonable prices. This time they screwed me big time. When I picked them up I was charged $40 for each Tshirt for tailoring. I was shocked and refused to pay. Then he came down to $30/each. I paid $300,- and left. I am very upset and disappointed. This is not right practice and they should be penalized for cheating their customers. Shame on them. read more

First time here and LOVED it!!! The owners are wonderful and really dedicated to customer service. I dropped off my pieces Saturday, told them no rush, and they said everything would be ready Tuesday. I picked up Friday cause I'm lazy AF. The owner had the pieces sorted out by whites/colors AND had my pieces separated from my boyfriend's. I don't know if that's the "standard" in the industry but either way super convenient. He also brought my clothes to my car AND made sure to put it on the driver's side behind my seat (with the hangers facing the other way for easy removal) so I could conveniently grab it when I got home. Love that it's 2 minutes from home. Will definitely be coming back. Thank you for making my life easier! read more

I have had the worst experience with these folks. All my work shirts are the same material, different design but pretty much all the same and even though I ask for the shirts to be washed and pressed they always end up hand pressing at least half the shirts which bring the price up to almost $5.00 per shirt, I may as well dry clean them but that's not what I want, I just want a wash and press which is less than $2.00 each. The last time I went my bill was over $45 for 12 shirts which should have not been more than $25 and their excuse is they don't want to ruin the clothes or burn them with the press machine. When I asked the manager about this and that I thought they shouldn't hand press them he proceeded to get pissed off and throw me out and discounted me only $2. I realized today a very nice pair of pants I have brought to them had been burned, so much for their trying to take care of my clothes. I think they specifically set out to steal from their customers by saying they have to hand press some shirts of the bunch that we bring in. I WOULD NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE IF I WERE YOU.....THEY OVER CHARGE ON PURPOSE. read more

Just moved to the area & dropped off some shirts to be washed & pressed, the lady behind the counter said it would be $1.65, which seemed reasonable since I paid $1.80 per shirt at my old cleaners in Sandy Springs. However the next week when I went back again, the owner insisted they would be $4.45 EACH, I was shocked & said, but they were $1.60 last week? He said, "she's just my employee, I'm the owner and that's the correct price!!" I was astounded and after trying to reason with him to no avail, I went down the street to another cleaners in the Kroger shopping centre (beside the frozen yoghurt place) and they charge $1.80 per shirt! Could NOT recommend Kay Cleaners to ANYONE after the way they treated me! Awful customer service and no explanation. read more
