Their service has never been great, but due to the convenience, we continued to use them. The average return time is 3 to 4 business days, which sometimes is not ideal for working professionals. Are you kidding me you're unhappy, I thought I was the customer and the pants are still too long. I didn't retry them on after picking them up.. my mistake. She said we could look at the video. I'm not sure what that has to do with anything. She fixed them for me and upon picking them up still charged me for the redo, without even a discount. Although they claimed the coats had been dry-cleaned, they looked dirty and covered in dust, lint, and hair. In fact, they looked worse than they did before I brought them in. I would strongly recommend that others avoid using this service. Very disappointing and a complete waste of money. I will definitely not be coming back.

They became rude, unprofessional and their hours were unrealistic for those like me, who work long hours. I dropped off a suit jacket and when I left it, a gentleman who supposedly was a manager started going off on me, complaining that stains on my clothes were "so hard to clean." For some reason, he then told me that from this point forward, he would deny me as a customer, not even thinking how loyal I had been. It wasn't until I got my jacket back when I noticed a hole on the inside pocket. I refuse to go back and will never give them my business again. Please don't waste your time and energy, going here. *review is based on reply to AI find-a-business conversation only*…read more TL;DR: weren't able to do a simple alteration (due to a quality that i noted in the AI chat message sent over to them) that another business had no problem with, BUT they were quick to reply and told me no without having me come in im not sure how simple of alterations they do, but it seems to be simpler than the surrounding businesses' usual. i was requesting a simple side take-in of a polyester dress with mesh overlay (notated in the AI message sent out), but they were unable to do it. for background, i am an intermediate-level DIY seamstress, with a grandmother who runs a sewing/alterations store (a state away which is why i reached out to businesses here). this is a pretty simple alteration, so i was surprised when they said they could not do it. i drove to the closest alterations place that was open, and they had no problem with the dress fabric regarding the take in (i showed the dress before i bothered trying it on to make sure) i am attaching the details yelp provided to the business as well as the conversation. the only additional thing i added to the AI was the part of the side seams with zipper in the back, maybe altering cups (after i responded to them saying that, for the other businesses to see that information) im not sure if this is a review more so on the business or AI feature. i will say- they were quick to reply and did tell me no, rather than having me come in and telling me no or potentially messing up the dress.
