When I dropped off clothes I spoke to the owner. She was super friendly and thanked me many times for bringing them our business. She showed me where I could drop off our items to be cleaned if it is after hours. She put my in for in the computer and asked how we like to have my husband's shirts done. She also got my cell number and said I would be texted when our clothes are ready for pick up. I was told our clothes would be ready by Saturday afternoon.
