She was insulting my intelligence, after doing research I've learned this is from dirty solvent being used. They will not take responsibility, first they said bring in the bill for it, when I did that they said we are not responsible that's it's a manufacturer defect. It's a $400 blazer! I will be suing them, I don't say that lightly. I've never sued anyone but this is truly unprofessional & unethical.

I Returned in three days to pick up the jacket. Nothing had been done to the jacket and I was told to return in two days When I returned to pick up the jacket on the second trip I was told by Tony that they had been very busy and they did not have a chance to dry clean the jacket,however the button was reattached. My telephone number, course was on file in their computer system, however, no one took the time to alert me that the jacket would not be ready on time as promised. Yes, they may be nice people, however, they are not competent and they are not respectful toward their customers and their customers time.
