We have been doing business with Good Cents for 20 pus years going back to the 1990's and they are the best dry cleaning service we have ever used. They do not overcharge and the clothes are always done on time. We have never had an issue with any of the items we have taken to Good Cents. Excellent service!!!...I had been using the dry cleaners for 19 years now and the service received has been consistent. It's been excellent service and awesome customer service through and through. I had brought in combination of work, high street and designer clothes, curtains and linens for cleaning and all came back really clean and in great condition at a great price. Today I returned to Good Cents with the destroyed blouse only to hear an excuse that color fades from material over time. Particularly purple which is the color of my silk blouse. Kim and her husband went on and on...never taking responsibility even after I told them that they had cleaned item 3 times; yet this time you washed it instead of dry cleaning. In addition, I had a jacket to be dry cleaned and they told me the same thing would happen. So I asked "what is the purpose of dry cleaning if the item will fade?" SMH...a bunch of lies and B.S. is what they were serving. Thinking in good measure that she would not charge me for the jacket; I was wrong...as she wanted $3.50. Seriously, they destroyed my blouse and then wanted me to pay for the jacket. No thanks....I am forever done with this business. I have been a customer over 15 yrs and Kim ruined that relationship in one moment. Buyer beware!! Kim and her husband are not honorable. Very disappointed. read more

Poor customer service. Previously pressed shirt and pants. Dropped off at 8 am and picked up at 1 pm. Great experience that time. Went back two days later with two shirts at 6 pm and requested noon pickup. Wouldn't offer that this time. Kinda of upsetting. Will not return in the future. read more

I've only done reviews on TripAdvisor but felt I needed to write a review about Good Cents Cleaners. I've been taking my clothes to this cleaners for almost ten years! In all that time I've only had two differences of opinion which says a lot since I can be very particular and I'm there at least twice a month. They are always friendly, professional, call me by name and always remember my phone number. I recall a time that I was in a wedding and ruined the bridesmaid dress, but they got the stain out and had it ready the next day. I was out of work at one time and wasn't going there as much. They gave me a discount until I got back on my feet. I left my wallet once and they trusted me to come back the next day. I could go on, but I think you get the picture. This is a great place and I will continue giving them my business.Thanks Good Cents Cleaners for standing out from all the rest! read more

Very bad customer service. I had 3 red spots on my pants after they dry cleaned the pants and they would not claim it was a result of the dry cleaning. Would not recommend going here. read more

Well, to preface this post, I have been bringing my dress shirts for cleaning here for at least 11 years. I will be locating a new cleaner immediately. Upon picking up my 30 shirts, Eun informs me that I brought one damaged to them and they did nothing to it. However, the shirt has tears and holes on the left and right sides at identical height on the shirt just below the sleeves. Clearly, this was caught and torn by machinery, and is so substantial that there was no way it was brought to them unnoticed in that condition. After continuing to deny they damaged it, she tells me that I must have moths in my closet! Her solution? Here's your dollar and change for the cleaning charge for one shirt. Given that this was a $150 made to measure Ike Behar dress shirt, this is not a reasonable resolution. While I recognize accidents happen and that if you send clothes to a commercial cleaner, occasionally there may be an issue. However, a total denial of any responsibility and being lied to is completely unreasonable.... particularly when I have been a customer of many years. Perhaps saying sorry and returning my $35 for the whole cleaning order would have been an acceptable way of handling it, but I guess that's not their method for retaining business. read more
