I needed some alterations done and some dry cleaning so I've used this business twice already. I've spent over $200 on dry cleaning and the alterations. Everything appeared to have gone well with my initial alteration requests. I brought in 15 items to be altered due to my height. It took over 5 days to get it done and everything looked pristine and crisp upon picking them up. I recently wore two of the items that were hemmed and washed it at home and the hem has been undone on two pants... I am really disappointed because they're not cheap and all the reviews stated what great quality.. doesn't appear to be the case with the hemming. I've tried to call the number on the phone multiple times to try to give them opportunity to rectify the issue but it seems to be cut off. Second issue is that I picked up some dry cleaning on Thursday of last week and they forgot to give me a dress they apparently rejected... again when I realized the dress was missing I tried to call them and the phone line was once again cut off. I had to drive up there on Friday and they had my dress just hanging behind the register... they weren't even going to call me or notify me that they forgot to give me my dress?!? I do plan on coming up there this week to have them fix the issues of the hemming on my pants because it shouldn't happen after one wash. Final verdict: after going to discuss my issues with them at some point this week I will not return as this has been two Separate issues from two different visits and I expected so much more from a business that has 4.8 stars. For the price, you're not getting quality hemming done here. I am sure you can find better options elsewhere. The dry cleaning itself was standard and like I said everything was crisp upon receiving it but I cannot take my chances in spending money here again. UPDATE: Just drove up to the place because their phones aren't working and was told they would fix my garments for free.. that's good service. *review is based on reply to AI find-a-business conversation only*…read more TL;DR: weren't able to do a simple alteration (due to a quality that i noted in the AI chat message sent over to them) that another business had no problem with, BUT they were quick to reply and told me no without having me come in im not sure how simple of alterations they do, but it seems to be simpler than the surrounding businesses' usual. i was requesting a simple side take-in of a polyester dress with mesh overlay (notated in the AI message sent out), but they were unable to do it. for background, i am an intermediate-level DIY seamstress, with a grandmother who runs a sewing/alterations store (a state away which is why i reached out to businesses here). this is a pretty simple alteration, so i was surprised when they said they could not do it. i drove to the closest alterations place that was open, and they had no problem with the dress fabric regarding the take in (i showed the dress before i bothered trying it on to make sure) i am attaching the details yelp provided to the business as well as the conversation. the only additional thing i added to the AI was the part of the side seams with zipper in the back, maybe altering cups (after i responded to them saying that, for the other businesses to see that information) im not sure if this is a review more so on the business or AI feature. i will say- they were quick to reply and did tell me no, rather than having me come in and telling me no or potentially messing up the dress.

Update: See the proprietor's response. What he did is…read moredefinitely not "common sense matters". However, we do know now that it is to him. If you are unsure as to what is correct, go to any store that sells men's suits and ask. Better yet, just do a little google search. New suits (mine at least) have plackets long enough so when hemmed they will not look improper. Sewing them shut is simply incorrect and absolutely not a default choice. No one asked him to create new plackets with extra material. I did not ask him for a cheap option, and I told him to take his time. His dismissive response is misleading at best. When questioned the next day, he used measurements to try to convince me why he had no choice but to do what he did, but those numbers did not check out upon verification at home. Technicalities aside, look at the photos, and think of what other pitfalls you as a customer will need to foresee and avoid. I took the jackets to another alteration shop. As it turned out, Alex had cut out the fabric that was originally in the plackets so his mistake could not be reversed. Another unnecessary violation of a basic rule. The other new jacket, however, has been hemmed properly by her the first time, at a cost comparable to what AA+ charged for the improper and oversimplified job.
