They became rude, unprofessional and their hours were unrealistic for those like me, who work long hours. I dropped off a suit jacket and when I left it, a gentleman who supposedly was a manager started going off on me, complaining that stains on my clothes were "so hard to clean." For some reason, he then told me that from this point forward, he would deny me as a customer, not even thinking how loyal I had been. It wasn't until I got my jacket back when I noticed a hole on the inside pocket. I refuse to go back and will never give them my business again. Please don't waste your time and energy, going here. I Returned in three days to pick up the jacket. Nothing had been done to the jacket and I was told to return in two days When I returned to pick up the jacket on the second trip I was told by Tony that they had been very busy and they did not have a chance to dry clean the jacket,however the button was reattached. My telephone number, course was on file in their computer system, however, no one took the time to alert me that the jacket would not be ready on time as promised. When I dropped off clothes I spoke to the owner. She was super friendly and thanked me many times for bringing them our business. She showed me where I could drop off our items to be cleaned if it is after hours. She put my in for in the computer and asked how we like to have my husband's shirts done. She also got my cell number and said I would be texted when our clothes are ready for pick up. I was told our clothes would be ready by Saturday afternoon. Saturday morning I received a text stating our clothes were ready for pick up. When I picked them up I was greatly warmly and thanked again for bringing them our business. I felt valued as a customer. I was also told if there was anything we wanted done differently to please just let them know and they would do it the next time. I feel certain I have found our new cleaners and look forward to a long relationship with them.
