It's unfortunate when a loyal customer has to deal with such disrespect. My $50 comforter was ruined because someone before me left a small bottle of black ink in the dryer. All I asked was for a small refund, a credit of some sort and I would return that right back by using it at their business. Definitely one of the nicer laundromats we've been to. The card system was unfamiliar to us and we needed to ask the attendant questions and he ignored us. They run specials and also offer a free wash when you sign up on their website so check that or their Facebook page before you come. The cost of their washers and dryers is a little higher, I guess you're paying for atmosphere. If the attendant had acknowledged us and been helpful my review would have been 5 stars, but I can't stand being ignored and treated rudely. read more

First time going to this laundromat & it did the trick. I went when it opened at 7a, so there wasn't a crowd & I could use the outlets to work while waiting for my clothes to be done. The machines were nice & the Attendant was cleaning when I arrived. I am giving this a 5 for one reason, Dion!!! I have been coming here since this place opened. I have had mixed experiences. But, Dion more than made up for any previous concerns I had experienced. They need more Dion's, he was so nice and helpful!most attendants just seem like they are passing the time. But, Dion went above and beyond. The washers and dryers are clean and makes it easy to do more loads at once. The only drawback is, I could never find out if they sanitize washers between use. So, if you are looking to wash more than one load at a time, this is the place. Washing cycle varies a little bit, if you are getting the extra wash and rinse. Dryers do normally dry all clothes within the 30 minute time. I have had an issue with getting the attendant to help with getting the extra time, but overall I have been satisfied. read more

My washer broke this weekend, so I decided to visit this establishment as it was the closest to me. The facility is cashless and requires customers to use a machine to purchase a reloadable card. Unfortunately, the machine took my money but failed to dispense a card. When I approached the associate about the issue, she called the owner to report the problem. After five minutes, I was told that the card was stuck, and they had no other cards available, so I would have to wait. When I asked how long the wait would be, the associate sighed loudly, rolled her eyes, and told me she didn't know because the owner hadn't called her back yet. Being told to wait an indefinite amount of time due to poor management is frustrating enough, but I certainly didn't expect rudeness in response to my question. Stephanie, the associate, was unhelpful throughout the ordeal, acting as if I was the one causing an inconvenience--despite me being out of money and not receiving the service I paid for. After an hour, the manager finally showed up and, instead of resolving the issue, tried to justify the situation. Some people shouldn't run businesses, and others certainly shouldn't work in customer service. This was a terrible experience just to do a load of laundry, and I wouldn't recommend this establishment to anyone. I wasn't upset about waiting, but the attempt to dictate my time while being rude was beyond comprehension. read more

If I could rate -10 stars I would. These two girls in the picture were going around stealing clothes. They were right next to our washer and when we walked back to move our clothes over the clothes were gone and the washer was still running. Once we threatened the cops the clothes magically appeared. The staff working seemed like she was in on it as she was right next to them when it happened. Also refused to check the cameras, stay away from this shady place. Clean, bright, and spacious. My fiance does cat fostering and I bring her soiled cat bedding here to wash. Free Wi-Fi is a plus, but all this comes at a cost. It's a bit more expensive than other laundromats in the area and they nickel-and-dime you. You will get charged extra for things like a hot water wash, extra rinse, Etc. I've never seen another laundromat charge for these things. On the positive side, you are most likely always going find a free washer or dryer in the size you need. read more

If and when I must go to a laundry spot, this is what I want it to be. Huebsch is open 24/7. You won't catch me here after dark (because, why?), but it's nice to have options. The place is really clean and modern. I could choose if I needed a small, medium, or large washer. I could choose my dryer size also. All the machine seemed new and my clothes were washed and dried well, meaning the machines moved with rigor. This is important as some machines be acting scared to move and then my clothes are wet but not clean or take too long to dry. All machines (washers and dryers) run for 30 minutes. The beauty of doing laundry in a mat is that you are done in about an hour as all loads are done simultaneously. While you wait, there is a waiting area with a tv and tablets available. Nice touch. There are also tables where you can sit and fold clothes or be on your phone. These tables are equipped with outlets so you can do your charging. This was great. A snack and soda machine is available. When I walked in, I was greeted immediately. The lady who works there offered to help me and she showed me how to get a card and put money on on it. They are cashless. It does not cost money to get a card and you can reuse the card in subsequent visits to the mat. There is always an employee there. This place might cost a little more than other laundry places, but its niceness makes up for that as far as I'm concerned. Huebsch is located on Pleasant Hill Road in a strip right by Walmart. I frequent this place usually in the morning hours and have had no issues with the staff. There has been some time I came here at around 9pm to 10pm and there is a man working the night shift rudely and loudly shouting that the place is closed. Obviously before I came I checked the open hours and it says the place closed at 1am on maps and on the website at 2am. Confusingly, I drove home that day. Just today, I came in at 9:40pm to do my laundry, the automatic entrance was locked however the manual door was unlock. I entered thru the unlocked door and placed our laundry on top of the table. The same man rudely asked us a question "Which door did you come from?" I responded with the manual door. He continued to shout "the automatic door was locked right? Then we're closed!" I ignored his nonsense and continued loading my laundry. If the place closes at 10pm then do better and update the website so we don't waste our gas coming here or re-train the staff members about your policy. read more

Can I give this 10 stars? Super clean. The young girl working there cleaning was sweet and had a friendly face. She was literally cleaning the whole time. Fast. I loaded their proprietary card using my Amex and was out of there (3 small loads) in exactly an hour, including fold time. Durable machines. I used three small machines, one for a blanket, one for sheets, and one for 5 days worth of clothes. Everything came out very clean. Dryers on medium heat dried everything thoroughly in 30 minutes. I have used your laundry facility since your doors opened. I didn't live in the vicinity, but your laundry facility was new, immaculate, with caring & helpful attendants, and 24 hour service. Your facility even gave incentives..,e.g. free wash or dry--$5 reload to card, clean children area. What happened? Before the COVID 19 Pandemic hit, I would come to your facility, and it was NOT the same. It seem to be taking a turn for the worse. The attendants were not as courteous. Some attendants would be on cell phone or conversing in idle conversation. The washers and dryers were not being kept disinfected or cleaned. The floor wasn't being swept or mopped. Vagrants would lodge there during the day compromising the safety of your customers. I was informed by one of your attendants that One day a woman was using drugs inside the bathroom. Your backdoor isn't malfunctioned, but locked to keep undesirables out. What happened that your facility started spiraling downward? Your facility WAS a Beacon of Light at one time. My DIL and 5 year old granddaughter were in the Duluth, GA on Pleasant Hill location today. My granddaughter face timed with me and was sitting telling me about her day. We were NOT loud in any way, just quietly talking. The manager came over and told my DIL that my granddaughter had to hang up because she was creating a commotion!!!!! When my DIL questioned what was wrong and said they had been there many times and she had face timed me before the manager, YOLANDA, threatened to call the police!!! First time washing here it's very upscale compared to the normal ones. Has tablets for adults and kids which is very helpful. Was very clean and the working was consistently wiping things down throughout my time there. Bathroom was clean which is a plus especially having kids. It is a bit more pricey then a normal laundry but for such a nice place I don't mind. About $4-$5 for a medium load, $2-$3 small load and to dry is $1.64. read more

I suggest you avoid this place like the plague; incredibly unfriendly service - all within the course of 1.5 hours. Men's restroom was out of order; I knocked on the women's room door; I hear nothing; I crack open the door; no one inside; I washed my hands, looked for towels, - all while holding the door open with my foot - and I noticed TP was out. I mentioned this to the attendant (guy with pants waist halfway down his butt); ~30 minutes later (after he dusts floor and does other things), he approaches me and says "the men's room is out of order; how did you know?" I told him the above, and he publicly *lectures* me for using the women's rest room (to wash my hands). Later, I stood at the "service" counter; "do you need some help"; I asked for dryer sheets. I had two cards; handed him one (mentioned I had 35 cents on one); he (same attendant above) walked around the counter, merged my cards - and confiscated one although I did not ask him to. A short time later, I asked for the card back - since I would have to buy a new one to replace my spare - he said he threw it away and said he could replace it if it was registered (just give the damn card back to me). As I left, the attendant followed me *followed me* out the door and publicly berated me all the way. I dropped my comforters off today and was able to pick them up same day with no extra charge! That alone exceeded my expectations!! The representative that took my comforters was very pleasant gave me a time to pick them up and it was a very seamless process. I picked up my comforters and I'm truly pleased. If there was ever a such thing as transparency and customer service this location does not provide either. I completely understand the safety measures when dealing with COVID-19 but please explain to me the logic behind wearing gloves, going outside to smoke and thus returning back inside without washing hands and changing gloves. Thats not preventing anything. Also why are the rules only listed on one side of the sliding doors and NO WHERE INSIDE. Not everyone enters from the left side of that door but some from the right. There is no inside signage stating you must leave after loading clothes or after returning to dry them. VISIBILITY OF SUCH THINGS SHOULD BE EVERYWHERE. Also the attendants are extremely rude and unprofessional. They do not have a subtle approach to anything and makes the experience far more awkward than it needs to be. They also watched me stand at the customer service counter while they smoked their very disgusting cigarettes right in front the sliding doors. Not everyone wants their second hand smoke . I will not be returning and I will be advising majority of my Salata staff who stay in the area to visit another location or company in regards to doing laundry. They have Wi-Fi and iPads! It's a totally cashless system. You put the cash on cards that you re-use. The 55 gallon size was a little under 7$ I am using it for my king size blankets. Dryers are 1.99 for 30 munites. Large table if you want to study while doing your laundry. Also a vending machine and TV. The place is new and clean. I will definitely return! read more

Went in today to wash clothes, only to have them thrown on top of the washer after the cycle ended, have some clothing misplaced, cursed out by the "manager" and not even one single refund or assist to help get my clothes back. I understand having a last load time, which is apparently at 10:30pm according to the employee working tonight, but what's ridiculous is that they straight up lock the doors at 11pm and if you're inside, they tell you that your not allowed to go outside at all. The laundry mat itself is nice. It's clean. I will give them that. Terrible customer service. I went into the laundry mat to wash of course, it's a wash house! Lol. So anyways I went in there and I purchased the card I loaded it with my debt card. The card was faulty. My money left my debit card but didn't make it on the card? Sounds fishy. I asked the attendant for help from the start, so she helped and she witnessed me buy not one card but two and load them. And then proceeds to say that she couldn't help me any further. She's just the washing attendant and does nothing more. So when someone has an issue with their cards you won't be helped you have to wait another day and speak to a manager. So here we are the next day I show up, to see the manager. There was a note left for her and two voicemails. I'm here at the laundry mat and the manager has me waiting as if I didn't just spend 50 dollars to wash and can't wash! We are going through a pandemic! I just need my money back I don't want to wash here. Don't wash here. If something goes wrong with your card they won't help you! Poor professionalism, communication wack! Just terrible. No respect.
