The Korean lady comes out with her scale and she zeros it out. That normally would be fine but then she puts a basket that weighs around 2 1/2 pounds on it and I said hey, could you put it to zero she said no don't worry I'm going to deduct it... Well, wouldn't you know she wanted to just say that it was a pound? Now it was under $5 dollars - difference but when I called it to her attention, she said just take your clothes away?! It's disgusting and when people cheat for such little money, it makes me wanna stand outside with a freaking sign 24 hours a day saying these people are THIEVES! Well lit with flat screens on both walls and free wifi! They even have an automatic button on the doors with a ramp and crosswalk going to the parking lot! There is cameras covering the entire place. We bring my 4 year old with us to do our laundry and the absolute best thing about clean right is the KIDS ZONE! He has space he can be without being in the way and it makes it fun for him to come with us and less like a chore. They have a fun rug, flex seating, a table with chairs, books and a TV with cartoons and fun paintings on the walls! You can see the kids zone from multiple folding tables so he is able to stay seated there while we fold but we still have eyes on him at all times. There was fun decorations featuring a large Grinch for Christmas that my son also enjoyed. They have vending for laundry supplies and well as snacks that take cards, coins or bills. They have options for payments, an app to use to do all cashless, an ATM and a coin machine. You can even add cash to the app using the coin machine. We use the app and have zero issues, it even sends you notifications when your cycle is almost done. They also offer pick up or drop off laundry services as well. The staff is always friendly and here to help if you have an issue or questions, plus they will press the door button if they see you headed to it with your hands full. Affordable prices as well, a little more than other places close but for all the other things mentioned it's well worth the few extra dollars we spend each week. While the facilities were clean enough, the machines were a little grimy with detergent residue where it is added because of the style of machines. (I still use a traditional top loading machine.). Because it's been a long time, as I said, I had no idea what to expect as far as cost. It was definitely expensive--but again, I used quarters last time, and it would take a lot to dry your towels. I used a debit card, which was a nice convenience. All in all, I would use this business again if I had the need, and would be better prepared as to what to expect.

The young lady that I met when dropping off my bag was very nice and professional and the cost was very reasonable. I received a text message a few hours later and went back to pick up my clothes.
